Standard & Poor's downgraded the rating of Belarus

The international rating agency Standard & Poor's on Monday downgraded the long-term sovereign rating of Belarus by one notch: to "B-" from "B", the agency said. The rating was withdrawn from the list for a possible downgrade, but the outlook for it remained “negative,” RIA Novosti reports .
