Yesterday, the Krasnogorsk District Court of Kamensk-Uralsky made a decision on the claims of the city prosecutor's office and Rospotrebnadzor against the meat processing plant OJSC Mikom (owned by CJSC Siberian Agrarian Company). Let us recall that in September, during a joint inspection of the enterprise, supervisory authorities identified numerous violations of sanitary standards, after which it was stated that the prosecutor’s office would insist on suspending the plant’s operations. As the representative of the press service of the district court, Marina Bezukladnikova, told Kommersant, the prosecutor brought 30 violations, the bulk of which were related to the finished products workshop. According to her, at the time the case was resolved, three unresolved violations remained, including: the lack of health certificates for two employees of the enterprise, but the court was provided with vaccination certificates and medical records for these employees. “There is no doubt about their health, but no official document has been drawn up,” the district court clarifies. In addition, the prosecutor's office had complaints about the entrance to the finished product workshop, which “should be made in the form of a sanitary inspection room” and about the insufficient number of sinks. “In the near future, the administration of the enterprise has pledged to eliminate all shortcomings. The court found these violations not threatening the life and health of people and imposed a total fine of 40 thousand rubles on the claims of the supervisory authorities.
