VTsIOM: Government rating is falling

With the approximation of the elections, the guidance ratings of members of the government are steadily reduced. According to RBC, this is evidenced by the data of a survey of the All -Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion. So the head of the Ministry of Emergencies Sergey Shoigu lost 10 percent compared to March, reducing his rating to 69 percent. In second place was the head of the foreign policy, Sergei Lavrov, but he lost 12 percent - to the indicator of 43 percent.

The rest of the cabinet members, according to the survey, also falls. It continued to reduce the ratings of the deputy chairman of the government Sergey Ivanov (from 37 to 32 percent, the Minister of Internal Affairs Rashid Nurgaliev (from 33 to 29 percent), the Minister of Health and Social Development of Tatyana Golikova (from 31 to 20 percent), former Minister of Finance Alexei Kudrina (from 29 to 23 percent).

Negative dynamics are also demonstrated by the ratings of the deputy chairman of the government of Viktor Zubkov (from 25 percent to 20 percent in the fall) and Alexander Zhukov (from 22 to 18 percent), the Minister of Defense Anatoly Serdyukov (from 27 to 18 percent), the Minister of Information Technology of Igor Schegolev (from 20 to 16 percent).

The lowest rating is preserved by the Minister of Education and Science Andrei Fursenko. According to the survey, 46 percent of the population do not approve of its activities, 12 percent approve of.

An initiative All-Russian survey of VTsIOM was conducted on September 24-25. 1,600 people were interviewed in 138 settlements in 46 regions, edges and republics of Russia. The statistical error does not exceed 3.4 percent.

According to the previously published results of the VTsIOM survey, 47 percent of Russians could not name the achievements of Dmitry Medvedev as president. 23 percent of respondents believe that "there were no achievements." The fight against corruption and reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs called only 3 percent of citizens as the success of the Head of State, and the introduction of innovations - 2 percent.

The number of those who sees nothing good in the work of the president has decreased by 7 percent over three years. 73 percent of respondents believe that Medvedev had no failures and failures. Three years ago, 90 percent of the respondents thought so.
