Press Secretary Dmitry Medvedev Natalya Timakova denied the information that the head of the presidential administration, Sergei Naryshkin, headed the headquarters of United Russia, reports Gazeta.ru .

According to Timakova, the headquarters of United Russia is still headed by the secretary of the Presidium of the General Council Sergey Nevorov. “As for Naryshkin, he performs the functions of coordinating all party events related to the participation of the president, and all administration employees perform the functions related to the organization of the president’s events,” she emphasized.

Earlier, the head of the Party Supreme Council, Boris Gryzlov, also recalled that the Starting Headquarters of United Russia is still headed by Sergey Neverov.

The fact that the head of the presidential administration, Sergei Naryshkin, will head the party’s election headquarters in the State Duma elections, on October 3 wrote the newspaper Kommersant.

The pre -election list of United Russia, which is headed by Dmitry Medvedev, was approved at the Party Congress on September 24. The elections to the State Duma will be held on December 4.
