The metropolitan police investigate the murder of an employee of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP), whose corpse was found in the courtyard of a residential building. According to the main version, the minister of the Russian Themis could score to death from revenge for the scandalous demolition of houses in the village of Rechnik.

The 28-year-old bailiff Pavel Gorbunov was found dead near his own home. He was an employee of the inter -district department of bailiffs in special enforcement proceedings, who "is engaged in particularly important, resonant and socially significant performing industries," the FSSP official website reports.

"The 28 -year -old man was discovered at about eight in the morning on Tuesday near house No. 58 on Borovskoye Shosse," Life News was told in law enforcement agencies. “According to experts, death occurred at about 6 in the morning.”

The body of the murdered, lying on the playground, noticed seven -year -old Kirill D. when his mother escorted him to school. “It was somewhere at 7:40 in the morning,” says the mother of the boy Irina D. “The man lay motionless, his head was broken, all in blood. I was afraid to come close.”

The woman called an ambulance, and then took her son to school. When she returned to the scene, there was already a "insufficient" and the police.

Next to the bloody body of the FSSP employee, the police found a piece of iron pipe, which, apparently, was killed. “Death came from a heavy traumatic brain injury,” the law enforcement officers added.

Investigators believe that Gorbunov became a victim of cold -blooded killers, not robbers. This is evidenced by the fact that the personal belongings and values ​​of the victim remained untouched. At the deceased, two expensive phones were found - Nokia 8800 and iPhone 3, the Lincoln Navigator car keys, Rolex watches, an official certificate, as well as a passport in which a bill of 500 euros was invested.

Detectives believe that the causality of the bailiff became the motive for reprisals. Among other enforcement proceedings, Pavel Gorbunov also participated in the scandalous demolition of houses in the garden non -profit partnership (SNP) "Rechnik" in the territory of the Moskvoretsky Park.

The passions around the village, located in the floodplain of the Moscow River, flared up back in 2005, when it suddenly became clear that many houses were built illegally here. And from January 21, 2010, Rechnik began to be demolished by decision of the Kuntsevsky court of Moscow. He considered the capital buildings illegal, since "the village is located on specially protected lands and the owners have no proper title documents for land."

Among other buildings, the excavator bucket also went a few million dollars worth. And after some owners of housing, after his demolition, it was possible to prove in court that the actions of the authorities were illegal.

When more than 20 houses were demolished, demolition was suspended during the investigation of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation. The residents themselves have repeatedly made complaints about the actions of the bailiffs, considering them illegal.

On April 14, 2010, the Moscow prosecutor’s office invited the residents of the river to submit documents confirming their rights to land plots for the “objective consideration of issues related to the availability of rights to the occupied plots”. This was followed by a number of trials.

SNP "Rechnik" claims that it is the successor of the Sadovodskiye Partnership "Rechnik", which in 1956 was provided for use by a land plot of about 29 hectares. However, the Government of the Russian Federation believes that SNP has not proved that it is a successor to a garden partnership. However, in February 2011, the demolition of houses was stopped . A few months earlier, indigenous changes occurred in the Moscow administration caused by the resignation of the mayor of Yuri Luzhkov. With the new mayor, the spores around the river have died. However, the fate of Pavel Gorbunov indicates that the conflict, insoluble in the corridors of the authorities, could move to the criminal sphere.
