In Barnaul, a scandal erupted after the appearance of a video on the YouTube website under the name of the "weekdays of the city hospital No. 1". In a video shot, as follows from an accompanying inscription, last year, but posted to the network by one of the hospital employees only recently, doctors operate on patients with peppy rhythmic music and conduct other medical procedures. After the fact of the filming and a violation of medical secrets was expressed by patients who did not suspect that they became the heroes of the video, the prosecutor's office became interested.

According to RIA Novosti on Thursday, a representative of the department, the prosecutor's office of the Altai Territory began a check in connection with the placement of an amateur video from operations in the city hospital No. 1.

In a 10 -minute video, some doctors are engaged in their work, not paying attention to the camera, other employees pose with obvious pleasure, having fun waving a bandage and showing a huge clamp. There are many and very naturalistic personnel on the video, from which an impressive viewer can become bad - in particular, it is demonstrated how spinal anesthesia is done, how doctors cut patients with a scalpel and dig in their internal organs.

The prosecutor’s office promised that after the trial a procedural decision would be made. In the regional health department, they conduct their own audit, trying to find out who and when shot a scandalous video. In the meantime, the initial video lined with an employee of the hospital under the nickname "Resuscitator Pavel" was removed from the server, and the user was blocked. However, YouTube appeared the same video from the user of TVNOVOLTAYSK.

Note that the bloggers, discussing the video of the Barnaul doctors, immediately remembered the story with the employees of the Vladivostok customs, who also shot a game video about their working everyday life.

In YouTube video, customs officers ride in the form on the floor on the stomach, open champagne, and one of the girls erotically dances on the table. The head of the customs inspection of the customs post "Sea Port of Vladivostok" Sergey Rupinets also appears on the film. The video shot based on the clip of the Russian group "Band'eros" "Kolambia Pickchers" was accompanied by a song specially composed on this occasion.

As it turned out later, the customs officers made a clip for internal use and were not going to show it to the general public. This was done by their former colleague to take revenge on his dismissal.

The scandal was so loud that it was commented by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. He expressed dissatisfaction with the act of customs officers, noting that they should use their talents in the House of Culture, and not in the workplace.

After the audit, the Primorsky transport prosecutor’s office made an idea to the head of the Vladivostok customs, as a result of which 13 customs officers participating in the creation of the clip were deprived of the bonus . In addition, they strictly indicated the need to comply and fulfill the duties, prohibitions and restrictions established by law. In customs, the celebration was also canceled on February 23 and March 8.

The prosecutor's office established that when shooting a video clip, officials of the Vladivostok customs violated the requirements of both the legislation on the state civil service and the code of ethics of official behavior. This was expressed in the fact that customs officers used the post of post, uniform and other official items for purposes not related to the performance of official duties.
