On Thursday, October 13, the Manhattan court made a curious decision in the case of the artist Andy Golub, who over the past three years has been fond of body art and was arrested in Times Square in July during one of the public “master classes,” Newsru Israel reports. Andy Golub explained his love for naked models by the fact that their bodies radiate energy, which he lacks so much when he draws on a canvas.
Andy Goluba was charged with violation of public order and law on depraved actions. But the defense managed to question the justice of these charges.
The artist’s lawyer, Ronald Cube, told reporters about the court’s decision, according to which the accusations against Golub will be removed if he will follow the following rules: a model with naked breasts can be painted anywhere and at any time (this is not prohibited in New York), but the model in strings can be covered with colors on the street only after the offensive of the darkness (nightly New York lights).
For violation of these rules, Andy can again be detained, and then, in addition to the old ones, new charges can be brought against him. The same fate is waiting for the model arrested earlier with the blue model Karl Story, if she takes part in the "illegal show". The other "models-arters" Marle Mere and Zoe West was not mentioned in the court.
Golub himself rather unexpectedly reacted to the court decision. He told reporters that he intends to come to the court of the court on Manhattan this Friday and arrange a “master class” under the walls of this respected institution.
