One of the defendants in a high -profile criminal case about the so -called "coastal partisans" - Alexei Nikitin - said that in a pre -trial detention center they were mocking and beaten. For the fact that the arrested refused to give the prisoners a silver chain and two icons, he was placed in a punishment cell, and then watered with water from the Brandspoit, the text of his complaints, which is published by the Internet publications of Primorye. In the pre -trial detention center itself, they say that they had stewed a fire, although they had previously admitted that they used water to "calm" Nikitin.
"On October 6, I was beaten by the operatives of the pre -trial detention center and took the silver chain and two icons, after which they threatened with physical reprisal and mockery of me. I took all the threats expressed seriously and feared for my life and health. On October 7, I was placed in a punishment," Nikitin quotes Interfax quoted.
On October 10, according to Nikitin, the employees of the pre -trial detention center number 1 of Vladivostok beat him and took his clothes. “I spent about one hour and begged the Disaders and begged the attendant pre -trial detention center to call a doctor,” he writes. However, according to him, he was never called the doctor, but instead they watered water for 10 minutes.
"I spent all day in wet pants (that was all of my clothes) and ankle in the water, because there was water in the cell everywhere, my documents of the criminal case floated in the water," Nikitin notes. In his complaint, the arrested asks the prosecutor's office to conduct an audit and punish the perpetrators in bullying.
The jailers confessed to bullying, but then they changed their minds - they "stewed the fire"
Victoria Zavyalova, the head of the press service of the Primorye, explained to reporters that, in accordance with the internal routine, the arrested is forbidden to have a chain, so she was taken away. She also explained the incident with watering water, saying that the jailers were forced to use water to put out the fire.
“During the bypass, Nikitin was offered to hand over the chain, he refused to fulfill the legal requirements of employees of the pre -trial detention center and resisted. As a result, he was placed in a punishment cell. He handed over a chain, he was issued an act. Now she is in accounting, a copy of the act is in his arms,” said Zavyalova.
According to her, on the fourth day of his stay in Kartsere, Nikitin arranged a fire there. "The inspector felt the smell of smoke, then the fire alarm worked. It turned out that the source of fire was at Nikitin in Kartsere. He set fire to his robe, there was an open fire. Indeed, the fact of the use of the Brandspoit was not in relation to the arrested. Employees extinguished open fire," the agency’s interlocutor emphasized.
She added that instead of explaining his behavior, Nikitin fell upon the guards with a rough abuse and screaming from other riots arrested in neighboring chambers. "The inspectors tried to urge the violator of the order. As a result, the handcuffs were put on Nikitin. It took an hour to calm down, after which he was freed from handcuffs and accompanied the medical unit for examination. The act of medical examination says that" there are no fresh bodily harm, "added Zavyalova.
According to her, the pre -trial detention center turned to the Investigative Department for the Leninsky District of the Investigative Committee of Primorye with materials about the arson by Nikitin, calls to the rebellion, attacks on protection and insults.
It is worth noting that the version of the fire did not immediately appear at the FSIN. Earlier, the Primorsky department of the department admitted that the employees of the pre -trial detention center were watering Nikitin with water in order to "calm" him. “Nikitin was sent to the punishment cell for violation of the pre -trial detention center. But, already punished, he continued to row the same time - therefore, the insulator’s employees were forced to“ calm down with water, ”the interlocutor in the department of the newspaper Izvestia . At the same time, they did not see any violations and exceeding the actions of the administration of the pre -trial detention center in the administration.
The case of "Primorsky partisans"
In September, the investigating authorities of Primorye completed the investigation of the criminal case against the group of the so -called "Primorsky partisans" from the Kirovsky district, accused of committing especially serious crimes last year, including murders and attacks on police officers.
The group members were detained on June 11, 2010 in the apartment of the house on Timiryazev Street in the city of Ussuriysk. Then the two partisans, Alexander Sukhorada and Alexander Sweet, did not want to give up and shot themselves.
The rest of the defendants in the case Alexander Kovtun, Vadim Kovtun, Roman Savchenko, Maxim Kirillov, Vladimir Ilyutikov, Alexei Nikitin are in custody. Most of them partially plead guilty to the incriminated crimes. Currently, they get acquainted with the materials of the criminal case, after which it will be transferred to approve the indictment and subsequent referral to the court.
It is worth noting that formally Nikitin was not part of the partisan group. However, according to the investigation, in September 2010 he witnessed the murder of the “partisans” of four drug dealers, but did not promptly report a crime, for which he is now accused of complicity. The “partisans” themselves, confessing to the attack on police officers, deny the murder of drug dealers, saying that police dealt with them.
