Taisiya Fittkulina shows a house destroyed by a bombing in 1996 on the back. Reporting about pompous October celebrations in Grozny with the participation of Western stars bypassed the whole world. The unsightly truth is hidden behind the glossy facade of the Kadyrovskaya Chechnya: now mostly foreigners come here, and their own disappear
The new office of the Memorial human rights center is located in the center of Grozny. People often come there - for help. Basically, however, those who have nothing to lose and no one to be afraid.

| Tamerlan Suleimanov stolen May 9, 2011 |
The criminal beard of Doca Suleimanov arrived on a bicycle, on which he moves all year round - this person does not recognize another type of transport. He came to find out if there was a news in the case of the abduction of his youngest son-29-year-old Tamerlan. In total, Suleimanov has 10 children, of which 6 are boys. “Our roots go to the Terek Cossacks. We and I have always had nothing to share. My sons never participated in any fighting, they did not detain anyone from our family, did not arrest, ”he says.
Tamerlan worked as a tire monitor at the Mustang technical station on Kirov Street. Doca Suleimanov found out from his son’s colleagues all the details of his abduction. “This happened on May 9, 2011 at 11.30. The son stood behind the machine when eight armed people in black uniforms entered the workshop. One of them asked: "Which of you is Tamerlan?" When his son spoke, that man hit him with his fist in the jaw. Tamerlana was dragged, led out of the workshop, stuffed it into the car, and since then no one has seen his son. ” As soon as Suleimanov was told about the abduction of his son, he immediately went to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Oktyabrsky District of the city of Grozny. They opened a criminal case, but there are still no results.
“The security forces probably need to reveal some crime, so they captured my son. Maybe he is listed in some database: he was once delayed once, sat for more than a week, and then released him. ”
Now, in all statements, Suleimanov writes: "If my son is to blame for something, punish him by law, but tell me where he is." In response - silence. The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg began to deal with Tamerlana Suleimanov. The judges demanded an urgent answer from Russia: where is Tamerlan, for which he was detained.
“My friends at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chechnya said that at one of the meetings they discussed the abduction of my son - the request of the Strasbourg court affected,” Doca continues. - But things did not go further than the conversation. The son went with a beard at one time, I asked him: "Swap a beard, otherwise they will sew that you will bechhab." And besides the beard, there was no crime behind him. ”
Brother for the brother of Murtazaev Martes, a miniature woman in a black strict suit. Her nephew 22-year-old Said Sigauri, a 4th year student of the Historical Department of the Chechen University, which was like her as a son, disappeared on March 2, 2011. “That morning, as usual, he went to the university,” recalls the mare. - At three in the afternoon, a relative called and said that their house in the Leninsky district of Grozny was surrounded, there is a special operation. The security forces came for the older brother of Said - Arbi, whom the authorities consider to be involved underground. A relative ran out of the house and saw Said in camouflage uniform among police officers. The next day, he called me and said that he was forcibly kept in the Sunzhensky District Department of Internal Affairs, and asked for help. He said that he saw his brother killed, and asked if his body was given. ”
Since then, there are no news from Said. His mobile does not answer. Said’s mother wrote a letter to Ramzan Kadyrov: “You have repeatedly spoke in the media about the inadmissibility of the detention of innocent persons. You also said that in case of detention in the presence of grounds, the perpetrator must either be brought to criminal liability or released. And my son was detained by law enforcement officers of the Chechen Republic. His detention can be qualified as a person’s abduction. With their actions, they compromise you as the head of the republic ... "
Nobody answered Said's mother. Which, however, is understandable: the local media wrote that on March 2, 2011, almost the head of Chechnya himself led the power operation to detain Arbi Sigauri on March 2, 2011.
“The abductions of people in Chechnya, committed by local security forces, are everyday life,” says Igor Kalyapin, who works in the republic as part of a consolidated mobile group of human rights activists. - No one has statistics, how many such abductions are happening. No such thing will be investigated. In confidential conversations, the employees of the Investigative Committee of Chechnya admit that the security forces do not go to interrogations to them. Therefore, the investigation skids and not a single thing comes to court. After the murder of human rights activist Natalya Estemirova, on July 15, 2009, people are afraid to contact human rights activists: those cases we know about is a drop in the sea. ”
"
The most powerless residents of Chechnya are the inhabitants of the hostels. They are evicted outside. Now this is done in court
"
The Forest or Fall of Fatima from Argun says that people are so intimidated that they do not even tell their neighbors about the abductions of their sons. God forbid, if information about this appears on the Internet. Mothers, whose older children went through detention, torture or killed and called “militants”, try to send the younger ones abroad. But even if the sons are in the West, mothers are afraid for their life. There are rumors in Chechnya that emissaries Kadyrov are traveling to Europe, who persuade the escaped to return, and those who refuse are killing. In confirmation, the murder in Vienna Umar Israilov leads.
* * Former bodyguard Ramzan Kadyrov Umar Israilov was shot in Vienna on January 13, 2009 by Killers who arrived from Chechnya. “Our children have a small choice: go to the forest or run abroad. Every year it becomes more difficult to get the right to asylum in Europe, ”Fatima explains. “Foreign delegations come to the republic, they see the beauty of Grozny and believe that heaven has already come here.”
But this is not so. Just one example: last year, trials with the participation of jury began in the Supreme Court of the Republic. On May 24, 2011, an acquittal was issued in the case of the undermining of the Ural machine with ammunition. The jury convinced the arguments of the defense. The lawyers claimed that the military were drunk in the insole, there was a self -border, which the investigation tried to write off on random people. And those under torture pleaded guilty. After the acquittal of the verdict, the First Deputy Prime Minister of Chechnya Magomed Daudov called the jury and reported them to the television cameras: "We catch criminals, and you justify them."

The refugees of Ainu Daudova and her husband and two children are evicted on the street without a roof “The most powerless residents of Chechnya are the inhabitants of the hostels,” says Svetlana Gannushkina, head of the Civil Assistance Committee. - They are evicted outside. Now this is done in court. The authorities are going to build a hotel on the site of these hostels. We are talking about hundreds of families who have nowhere to go. We complain to the Prosecutor General, and they answer us that everything is in order. The Prosecutor General trusts the information that comes from Chechnya. Even the order of the President of the Russian Federation is not able to encourage prosecutors to verify this information. Among the evicted are people with disabilities, lonely mothers with young children. ”
Aina Daudova is an orphan. She never had her home. Her husband hangs all his life at the factory, which belonged to the hostel on Mayakovskaya Street and from which he and his family were expelled.
“The bailiffs kicked us out, and friends let us live in their apartment until they find a buyer on it,” says Aina. - There is no toilet or water. I don’t know how we will be here in winter. ” For two small rooms, without the amenities of Daudov pays 4 thousand rubles. But the family does not have this money either. Aina has poor vision, she does not work, her husband is disabled, underwent several operations, and works as a driver. Their eight-year-old daughter Hava, because of serious burns, could get disability, but I could not arrange it for myself, or her husband, nor daughter: you need to pay bribes for which she has no money.
On the eve of his 35th anniversary, the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov held a “direct line” with the people. Aina sent him Sesamsk, where she spoke about the difficult situation of her family. A few days later, employees of the district administration came to her. They promised that they would put her in the queue for housing. If she gets an apartment in five years, consider that she was lucky. However, Aina has long been in line for housing as poor.
“The Chechen authorities waved a hand at people like Daudov. The state owes her for a long time: she is an orphan, but she never received anything from the state and, I’m afraid, will never receive an apartment either: there are no miracles, ”Svetlana Gannushkin comments on the situation.
Dnue in 1996, house number 20 on Dneprovskaya Street in the Leninsky district of Grozny can be shown on television as exotic. Only Chechen television refused to release the plot about this house on the air. In the Chechen media, only positive, any negativity is prohibited. “On August 8, 1996, our house was bombed with direct fire,” says Taisiya Fitkulina. - Then they often bombed, and we were sitting in the basement all the time. In recent years, we lived with my daughter in a dilapidated house: we have no men. I’m Russian, and it’s not very customary to turn to the neighbors for help. ”
Taisiya shows the house, or rather, what is left of it. Once there was stucco molding on the ceiling, now cracks and a web. In the rooms, things, books, utensils are dumped in a heap. The roof flowed for several years, and last year Taisiya, basting, sent a direct broadcast to Kadyrov with a request to help. It worked: the prefecture of the Leninsky district sent workers, they covered the roof with roofing roofing. True, this is the only thing that the authorities fork out for.
In a letter dated October 27, 2010, the Grozny City Hall informed Fitkulina: “Your house was registered for inclusion for recovery in the FCP (federal target program). Currently, restoration work of private households is not carried out due to a lack of funding. ” Briefly and clear.
But what about compensation for one hundred percent housing?
“I'm not penetrating,” Taisiya answers sadly and straightens his glasses. - All her life she worked at the Red Hammer factory with a craneler. And now no one needs ... "
On October 5, on the day of his 35th anniversary, Ramzan Kadyrov, answering the question of journalists, from where the money was to restore the republic, said: “Allah gives. I don’t know where they come from. ” But it is known what this money is spent on. On skyscrapers, cottages for government members and shopping and entertainment centers. But not for housing for the poor Chechens who lost their beds because of the war.
