
Rosneft paid the last tranche on tax debts Yuganskneftegaz, Vedomosti reports with reference to the company's report for 9 months of 2011.
Since 2008, the company paid about 32 billion rubles on Yuganskneftegaz tax debts. The last tranche amounted to 8.5 billion rubles. With this tranm, Rosneft was able to repay the debt ahead of schedule, the company notes.
Penies and fines "Yuganskneftegaz" amounted to 24.5 billion rubles. The company hopes to receive permission from the state not to pay this amount. Rosneft is waiting for the write -offs of penalties and fines in November, a company representative told the publication.
In 1995, together with other components of Yuganskneftegaz Yuganskneftegaz, Mikhail Khodorkovsky came under control. In 2004, the Federal Tax Service conducted a tax payment of taxes for 2000-2003. After checking on Yukos, the largest fines in history were imposed - 703 billion rubles.
In 2004, the FSSP forcibly sold Yuganskneftegaz from the auction. The buyer of the company was Baikalfinance Group , registered in tea in Tver. Shortly after the auction of the Baikalfinance group, it was bought by Rosneft. Together with Yuganskneftegaz, Rosneft also got the company's tax debts.
In 2006, the company of former Yukos Capital Yukos managers demanded that Rosneft return 11.23 billion rubles, which Yukos Capital borrowed Yuganskneftegaz in 2004. After long disputes and proceedings in August 2010, Rosneft paid Yukos Capital about 13 billion rubles.
Rosneft also said that its average daily oil production (including prey by subsidiaries by societies and a share in the extraction of dependent societies) in the 3rd quarter of 2011 reached a new record of 2.4 million barrels/day, which is 2.9% higher than the level of the same period in 2010. The increase in volumes is associated with increasing production at the Vankorsky field, at the Yuganskneftegaz and Samaranneftegaz deposits, as well as as part of the Sakhalin-1 project and at the Verkhnechonsky deposit.
