Prime Minister Vladimir Putin allowed United Russia to use his image during the election campaign. According to the press secretary of the head of government Dmitry Peskov, the corresponding permission has already been signed, RIA Novosti reports.

Putin is the leader of the party, but it is not a member of it and in the past elections to the State Duma headed its electoral list. In the current parliamentary elections that are ahead of December 4, the list of United Russia was headed by President Dmitry Medvedev.

As the agency recalls, earlier Deputy Secretary of the Presidium of the Secretary General of the party, Yuri Shuvalov, said that Putin’s “potential” could be widespread. The fact that the list of the party is headed by the current President Medvedev does not affect the election campaign in any way, but "only includes new opportunities."

Secretary of the Presidium of the General Council of EP Sergey Neverov previously stated that the party is counting on participation in its pre -election events both Medvedev and Putin. At the same time, he explained that by law the prime minister and president can take part in such events on weekends and holidays.

The period of election campaign will begin on November 5 and end at 00:00 local time on December 3, when the "Day of Silence" comes before the elections.

The head of the Central Executive Committee of the United Russia Andrei Vorobyov, in turn, said that the pre -election campaigns of the parties will appear on the streets from the last decade of October. At the same time, he did not specify what format the posters would be and what will be depicted on them.

Note, earlier, when the country learned about the castling of the tandem, it was not hidden in United Russia that the decision to put at the head of the election list of the Medvedev party, and not Putin, "under which there was a rigidly built campaign," turned into an unexpected "technological problem." In particular, they announced the need to urgently change the prepared campaign plan.

In one of the regional branches of the EP, they explained to journalists that Putin’s names will not be in the ballot is frankly unprofitable for the party, since his rating, according to public questions, is higher than that of Medvedev. In addition, according to the "Medvedev" concept, one of the key will have to make his favorite topic of modernization, while the "word" modernization "occupies an extremely limited number of people in the regions."

The confidence rating collapsed from 45% to 41% a week after the announcement of the departure from the presidential post, but then the indicator grew to 43% and held at this level for two weeks, after which he reached a historical minimum of 41%, Gazeta.ru reports.
