BMW recalls 32 thousand cars - they can light up

One of the world's largest manufacturers of Lux class cars, the German BMW concern recalls more than 32 thousand cars in the American market in connection with the danger of fire. This was reported by the National District Safety Administration (NHTSA).

BMW 5 Series, BMW 5 Series GT, BMW 7 Series, as well as X5 and X6, released from 2008 to 2011, fall under the review. All cars subject to review are equipped with 8-cylinder or 12-cylinder engines with turbocharged, RIA Novosti reports.

The reason for the recall was a malfunction in the operation of a system responsible for the work of an auxiliary hydraulic pump, which can lead to a fire in the motor compartment of the car.
