Samsung demanded from Apple through the court to provide access to the firmware iPhone 4s

The South Korean company Samsung, requiring the ban on the iphone 4s sales in Australia, answered Apple with a counterattack by contacting the court to provide her with access to the Apple iPhone 4S firmware and all information about agreements with the main Australian cellular operators.

Samsung lawyers told the court that this data will serve as evidence of the violation of the company of the Apple of three patents of the Korean giant and, accordingly, the basis for the ban on the iphone sales in Australia.

At the same time, Apple argues that Samsung agreed to license these patents on the basis of FARAD (Fair, Reasonable, and Non -Discriminator - fair, reasonable and non -discriminating conditions).

The court hearing on this issue is scheduled for November 4. As Mobiset notes, Judge Annabell Bennet, who had previously banned the sale of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet in Australia, will be carried out.

Recall that Samsung previously tried to achieve a ban on the distribution of iPhone 4s in Japan, France and Italy, but the Italian judge rejected the lawsuit, which makes the success of the Korean company unlikely in the prohibition of the iPhone 4s in Europe.
