Man -made tension develops in relations between Russia with Tajikistan. It was provoked by her sentence to two pilots, one of whom is a citizen of Russia. The pilots received for 8.5 years, it seems, just because they landed in the territory of Tajikistan, although the dispatcher did not give such permission.

Today, the Tajiks answered the main, perhaps, the department on the Tajik question - the Federal Migration Service, which at once sent 100 citizens of Tajikistan who committed offenses in Russia. In addition, the head of the service, Konstantin Romodanovsky, said that another 134 citizens of Tajikistan are already ready for deportation.

The pilots were accused of smuggling of aviation equipment and illegal invasion of Tajikistan. However, the company, which the pilots work for, stated that the reason for the arrest, and then the trial was the desire to get two freight aircraft for free. The story is quite dark, but the customs of Central Asian officials quite allow us to consider the “raider” version of the process seriously.

The scandal would probably not have happened: you never know anyone and where they are planted, even if he is a Russian citizen. However, federal television channels with a completely clear message told the process - Russian diplomats did not hit a finger on a finger to save a Russian citizen. Not an example of the Estonian Foreign Ministry (the second convicted pilot is a citizen of this country). Sincere or difficult to induce television journalists by Russian diplomacy, but in the Russian Foreign Ministry, criticism was taken seriously. The conflict instantly grew out of the loud case, but still private to the real political international scandal. The day before, the president even drew attention to him. “I gave instructions to all state structures to deal with this issue extremely carefully. They must come into contact with their colleagues in Tajikistan, ”said Dmitry Medvedev at a meeting with representatives of the Internet community.

The ambassador to Tajikistan has already met with the country's President Emomali Rahmon and was called to consult in Moscow. The Medes say that he will return to Tajikistan Monday. But even with a pre -announced deadline for the return “Review for consultations” translated from diplomatic into Russian means “We are extremely unhappy”.

Then the answer was followed by the migration service. Representatives of the Tajik diaspora began to complain that the FMS stopped issuing permits to work. And the head of the service, Konstantin Romodanovsky, suddenly at a meeting with President Medvedev, recalled that Tajiks were leading in the number of crimes in Russia.

Thus, Vladimir Vaniev, adviser to the Russian Embassy in Dushanbe, told Interfax that "the official Dushanbe expressed a desire to resolve the situation around the pilots in the speedy order in order to avoid the worsening of allied relations between our countries." And he suggested that the court of the highest instance, where the cassation has already been filed, would issue a “other decision”.

However, Dushanbe has not yet been backward. The ambassador of Russia, apparently, failed to immediately agree with Rahmon, and the prosecutor general of Tajikistan said earlier that the republic could well give the pilots to their countries. Which means that he does not intend to cancel the verdict yet.

100 expelled Tajiks are practically a “daily norm”. Throughout the 2000s, Russia deported several thousand Tajik citizens a year. The current deportation is thus simply a threat.

The blow along the FMS line is one of the most sensitive to Tajikistan. In Russia, about a million Tajiks work, according to estimates (with a population of about 7.5 million). Migrants give the country up to 3 billion dollars a year with a country GDP of 14 billion. Thus, a deterioration in relations with Russia is an irreparable loss for the economy of Tajikistan.

There is another simple layer in the history of pilots. The fact that the state has stood up for its citizen is commendable. It is bad different: it is perceived as an exception. Including because of the late reaction of the Foreign Ministry, which, by feeling, without a hype on TV, could not have reacted to the situation at all. As long as the system of protecting citizens abroad will only work in manual mode, conflicts like the current one will continue, because Russia cannot prove even to the closest neighbors, which may and most importantly want to protect its citizens.
