Facebook has undergone a strange attack: Spammers used porn chambers and video with violence

The largest world social network Facebook was an attack, as a result of which pornographic photos and pictures containing images of violence appeared on its pages in large quantities. Links to the pictures were sent to users through the news channels of social networks, reports CyberSecurity.ru with reference to Reuters.

The press service of the social network says that they received the attack data and are now investigating the incident. The Facebook investigation promises to report on the progress of the investigation later.

Independent experts believe that this attack on Facebook was carried out using a “spam virus”, sending pictures and links in large quantities.

The main trouble, however, is that after placing the blogs and on the walls of porn, the system of protection of the social network itself worked and thousands of user accounts were automatically deactivated. Now many of them write about the incident in their Twitter accounts.

According to the Sophos antivirus company, the attack with a massive newsletter of the pares and hearts lasted about 24 hours and began last night. Gram Kluli, technical consultant Sophos, writes that hackers applied "just the tool that can force serious bloggers and large users to turn away from Facebook."

"Facebook should be solved as soon as possible and provide technical data about it, showing users that the situation is under control," he says.

Not so long ago, the well -known Hactivist grouping Anonymous promised to “kill” Facebook for manipulations with personal data of users, but later the “anonymous” disowned from this goal, saying that Facebook was declared by individual group participants, but they cannot speak and act on behalf of the entire hacker network.
