The Communist Party found in Volgograd another compromising evidence for EP: they make prisoners vote for themselves

The Communist Party sent an appeal to the prosecutor of the Volgograd Region Vladimir Churikov with a request to verify the information that prisoners in pre -trial detention center N1 and N4 of Volgograd are forced to vote for United Russia.

According to the Volgograd portal V1 with reference to the press service of the Communist Party of the Communist Party in the Volgograd Regional Duma, in case of refusal to support the ruling party in the election, the employees of the isolators threaten prisoners "worsening of the living conditions." The regional branch of the Communist Party asks to conduct an audit and take measures in accordance with the law.

The Communist Party of the Communist Party also reports that on November 13, local communists transferred a letter to the prosecutor’s office to the head of the Kotovsky district, who asked for 1.4 million rubles from United Russia, as well as caps and vests with a party symbols for agitation. And in early November, Volgograd officials instructed teachers and doctors to attract at least 10 people to participate in the elections (with the obligatory indication of their home address and phone).

The vice-governor of the Volgograd region for domestic politics Oleg Matveychev then stated that the initiative to collect priests for a conversation was manifested by individual district officials.

And the head of the Synodal Department for the relationship between the Church and Society, Archpriest Vsevolod Chaplin, noted that representatives of the clergy should not participate in election campaigns.
