The Communist Party of the Communist Party also reports that on November 13, local communists transferred a letter to the prosecutor’s office to the head of the Kotovsky district, who asked for 1.4 million rubles from United Russia, as well as caps and vests with a party symbols for agitation. And in early November, Volgograd officials instructed teachers and doctors to attract at least 10 people to participate in the elections (with the obligatory indication of their home address and phone).
