The intensity of the struggle between the parties for the attention of the electorate in front of the parliamentary elections, to which there are less than two weeks left, is growing. After a series of scandals with viral advertising of United Russia, which, however, did not cause the CEC, under the threat of a breakdown was the second stage of the campaign of opposition parties.
The Central Election Commission announced his intention to conduct an examination of some new television videos. Since the check on the job description can take up to 10 days, these parties will not have time to campaign. The United Russia, meanwhile, shot the continuation of the scandalous video with an “erotic subtext” - with the participation of pensioners in order to take revenge on the dissatisfied with the “campaign” of the “fair Russia”.
According to Gazeta.ru , last week the chairman of the Central Election Commission Vladimir Churov sent letters to federal television channels and regional election commissions asking them to provide videos of all political parties for additional verification - before demonstrating on the air they are already investigated in the CEC for violation of the rules of agitation.
As one of the members of the CEC explained to the publication, the order of Churov means that any campaign roller of any batch can be removed from the demonstration before a ten -day examination. Two weeks before the party’s elections, they usually change videos to new ones. According to members of the opposition parties, if the videos are sent back to the CEC for examination, then the second stage of agitation will be actually ripped off.
The first victims of the war of the videos are already
Earlier, the first victims of the war of the videos were reported - so, in the regions the branches of the VGTRK holding - the state television and radio company Novosibirsk and the Altai State Television and Radio Company, the Roller of Fair Russia, which finds that tariffs for housing and communal services are growing faster than pensions, were removed from the air. The CEC found in agite signs of inciting social growth "in relation to persons who make decisions on the amount of pensions and utilities for utilities."
Also, by order of the CEC, the Right Business party was shot from the show, in which the candidate played billiards with balls with drawings similar to the logos of the parties. In this plot, signs of extremism were discovered.
As the leader of the Astrakhan Branch of Fair Russia, Oleg Shein, told the Gazeta.Ru, after the letter received from Churov, in Astrakhan, two party videos have already rejected over the past few days. In one of them, it was about paid fishing (the Socialist -Revolutionaries emphasized that they voted against), in the second plot just Russians stated that the regional authorities spent unjustifiably a lot of the construction of a musical theater - 4 billion rubles from the budget. According to Shein, in both agites they discovered signs of inciting social growth. The Yekaterinburg Oblast also sent several Socialist -Revolutionaries for an additional check.
Representatives of Yabloko, “Patriots of Russia” and the LDPR said that they have no problems with placing television clations on the air yet. Experts agree with the fears of the opposition parties that the order of the CEC on the additional check of videos can disrupt the second stage of agitation.
While United Russia was convicted of the largest number of violations during agitation, the Party of power itself accused the Communist Party of the bribery of voters. According to the Kommersant newspaper, the United Russia demanded that the Communist Party list from the elections in the Perm Territory. As a result, the Perm Cryazbirk sent to the prosecutor's office and the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the region compromising materials from one of the events of the Communist Party.
The reason for the complaint was the concert held by the Communists on November 4 in the assembly hall of the gymnasium in the city of Chernushka with the participation of candidates for deputies of the State Duma and the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Territory from the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Communist Party, Gennady Kuzmitsky, Nikolai Voloshin and Gennady Melkov. As it turned out, the event ended with the presentation of cash prizes and valuable gifts in the form of hours.
The commission established that invitations to the concert were indeed paid from the funds of the Communist Party of the Communist Party. In their defense, the Communists said that the meeting was dedicated to the 94th anniversary of the October Revolution and there was no agitation there.
United Russia took revenge on the Socialist -Revolutionaries with a continuation of the "erotic video"
"United Russia" shot the second part of the scandalous video with "erotic subtext" "Let's do it together" , on the maintenance of which "Fair Russia" complained to the Prosecutor General. And if the girl and the young man took part in the first part, then the elderly members of the election commission appear in the sequel, the Izvestia newspaper writes.
According to the plot of the first agitation, the girl on the voting day comes to the polling station. There she liked the unfamiliar young man whom she drags into the booth. After a while, young people leave the booth, straightening clothes and hair. Then they lower the ballots into the urn and, holding hands, leave the site. The inscription "Let's do it together." Fair -Russians indicated a violation of the law in the video - after all, in the voting booth the voter should be in complete solitude.
In the second part of the video, two elderly employees of the polling station are closely observed after young people who vote in the booth. After their departure, the man offers the woman to go to the booth with a nod of her head and do the same thing for which he receives from the indignant lady with papers in the face. The video ends with the mocking inscription "Unjust Russia."
As one of the authors of the video told Izvestia, the second part of the creators decided to “thank” the Socialist -Revolutionaries, who, instead of shooting their creative, decided to promp it on someone else's popular plot. Gennady Gudkov, a member of "Fair Russia", said that he was pleased with the appearance of a continuation, since there was another violation in it - agitation against the Socialist Revolutionaries.
