The point is: in total, documents form a completely sane, even pragmatic package, but pragmatics is sometimes used in favor of pathos and large letters. Some, or something, non -compliance with the format - and there would be preferable (IMHO) technological correctness. The main reason is the vague of addressing.

Let's say Litvinovich: " We act exclusively in the legal field: there is an application for a agreed rally this Saturday, December 10, at 14 o’clock. The application is submitted" solidarity "... We go to this rally ourselves and call all our friends, acquaintances, relatives there ." Or the Lady of Spring ":" Let's show them that we are not a crowd, we are people, citizens . " That is, these "we". First of all, there is a stylistic contradiction, up to Oxymoron: "Let's show them that we are not a crowd." It is possible that this is such an idea: if people go to the rally, then there can no longer be any individual people, they are already all at once. And the “solidarity”, as the initiator, limited itself on its website with a brief announcement : “ On Saturday, December 10, at 14 o’clock a rally of protest against the fraudulent“ elections ”will be held on the Revolution Square .” It is also said that the action was agreed by the “solidarity” with the city authorities and added that “ the number 300 is indicated in the application, however, it is worth noting that the same figure was indicated in the rally application on pure ponds, which eventually collected twenty to thirty times more .”

But as for the topic, they are reported only in this form: " The organizers of the rally offer to bring whistles with them, attach white ribbons to their clothes. Take flowers, balloons with them ." The leaflet available there also does not specify anything.

And now, by the night on Thursday , something specific about the requirements appeared. The document should be documented, quoted completely:

But, in fact, who is it, the "opposition organizing"?

All the same who requires, plus another topic: who is assigned to work to establish the responsibility of the perpetrators and who exactly will provide data on falsifications? Well, yes, the "falsification of officials" is somewhat reviving the situation.

What kind of format for this "install"? I mean adopting a law, issuing a decree? Who exactly should do this? In general, there is even some PATCH in the Constitution - such an option is not spelled out in it, and then - so that everything happens in a legal way, about it? - The corresponding vote should be held by the State Duma. And what kind of composition? Well, yes, since the transfer of her elections is meant, then the current one - but what about the current one with its composition? But in this paragraph, a specific person is first mentioned, which can be interested in this option: D. Medvedev, even in the form of "president acting."

The second requirement is not related to some suspicion of the compilers, it is purely with accuracy: not to assume that this text arose (if it is discussed at the rally) somehow from the air.

In general, it is not very fun to write texts about a completely non-spiritual texture, as if you are breaking something off. But technology is still useful.
