“What happens in our city and in our country? I can’t do louder anymore, for the first time I perform at the rally. Let me talk about the case. I believe that the people who organized this rally can organize and know how to firmly, but in a civilized negotiate with the authorities. Let them collect all wonderful people, those 10 or 15 people who from the very beginning led this protest movement. Let these people hold a meeting. And I want us to all have the opportunity to see this meeting online, to see what they are agreeing to. Let these people appoint negotiators, three people, no more than we trust. And let this happen no later than tomorrow.

And now, taking this opportunity, I want to name the requirements that I personally consider to be fair and moderate. Firstly, I believe that the elections in our city should be held again. I believe that every polling station should be online broadcast. It should be conducted from the first voting to the end of the counting of ballots. Secondly, we have a Moscow city Duma in the city, which was supposed to protect our interests with you. Have you seen her these days? (Crowd - no!) Do we need such a thought? (The crowd - no!) I propose to demand its early review. I propose to hold the elections of a new composition of the Moscow City Duma. And thirdly, why do we, Muscovites, have no right to choose our mayor? I propose to demand a refund of mayor's elections in Moscow. We will choose Sobyanin, then there will be Sobyanin. Let's choose someone else, so there will be someone else. But we will choose, not the Kremlin.
