The cops, along with the bitch from the prosecutor's office, sewed the case. About 2-3 nights went into the room a filthy cop behind me. Borzo he turned to me and told me to go with him. In general, we tried to resolve the issue on a variety of channels. Closer to night, we were allowed to take cameras and sleep on the bunks. And so 3 more people - Sasha Roganov, Dima Korolev and Sasha (forgot his last name). There was no court. Judge Moskalenko read apparently a pre -prepared protocol. The whole action took 2-3 minutes. Having left, they advised me to write an appeal. Wrote. Lucky that they were appointed to consider right there. Mudya Judge Karpov rejected my petition to postpone the hearing in connection with the search for the defender and asked me two questions:

- How did you find out about the rally, why was it?

- I do not agree with the election results. But he was detained by the metro.

Then he quickly confirmed 15 days. They tried us in the Basmanny court. Basmann justice. Then I was taken to the Krasnoselskoe police department, where four of my comrades in misfortune were already sitting. They brought some kind of drunk or a dangled guy. He was given 7 days for drunk driving. Then I watched these somewhat in the special reception, they were given mainly for 3 days. Late in the evening of the 7th we were taken to a special receiver. We reached the special reception of No. 1 quickly enough, but there was a turn of the detainees and we were kept in an unheated autosak in the cold for about 6 hours, where there was no way to warm up. The cops are fascists fucking.

Already at 7 o’clock in the morning of the 8th, we were finally brought into a special-reception. Frozen strongly. They selected belts, laces, phones and distributed on the cameras. On December 10, we were all very happy, because we realized that everything was not in vain. No wonder I personally, almost the whole of 2010, went to the triumphal to the strategy-31. No wonder there were other rallies.

We have almost achieved the freedom of assembly.

And it all depends on us. Previously, they looked at me like a fool - "Well, what are you going to these rallies, you will not achieve anything." And we have already achieved something. If there were no strategy-31, there would be no us on December 5th, no one would have come out on the 10th. Previously, one could say: "Here everyone will go and I will go." Now everyone went. If you do not go out, then you are for Putin, then do not complain of life anymore and personally to everyone who has not come out will be treated as toleys with all my disrespect. They put me in one country, and I went out in another. On December 5, we could not even assume that Moscow could reach a rally against Putin for honest elections in the amount of 50-100 thousand people. This is the beginning of the new Russia!
