Judge Borovkova handed down sentences to those detained near the State Duma

According to the message "Front. Ru”, Borovkova refused to read out the decisions in the cases of Khodkov and Stroganov, the court employees handed over the decisions to the detainees. Stroganov asked to postpone the meeting until the arrival of a lawyer, but he was refused. Borovkova also rejected the motion to postpone the consideration of the case at the place of residence. Khodkov's lawyer was in court but was not allowed to attend the hearing. Borovkova motivated this by the fact that the petition was filed too late. In violation of the law, she issued oral refusals to satisfy the petitions. “You have been here for a long time, the defender could have managed to drive up,” she said to Stroganov.

During the meeting in the Stroganov case, two witnesses, police officers, were heard. One of them read the testimony from a piece of paper.
