Naked protest in Belarus: who to believe

Three girls, night, winter forest, kagabashniki. They pour the victims with oil, make them undress and threaten to set fire. But instead, they cut their hair and, lubricating their heads with green, throw some kind of background nearby. This story about the night misadventures of the three activists of the Ukrainian female Femen Female Movement in Belarus, in the evening of December 20, the Internet flew over in a few minutes. And on the 22nd in his LiveJournal, journalist Dmitry Reznichenko wrote that the girls themselves told common acquaintances that no one had abducted and not beat them. Belarusians, allegedly, were taken to the Ukrainian border and ordered to return to the country no longer. Reznichenko did not call his sources. “Fuh, and I thought they lied 100%. At least something is true ... ”, the famous journalist and public figure Igor Lutsenko commented immediately. And, despite the indignation of Belarusians, the sympathy of Europeans and parts of Russians interested in the loud history, many would put “+1” under this comment in Ukraine. The version that Femen invented the terrible incident for the sake of a loud PR was born immediately after the appearance of the first news from Belarus. Colleagues-journalists immediately sympathized with the Belarusian security forces who fell into the nimble hands of shocking young ladies. Then such sarcasm might have seemed to be the height of cynicism. But partly he was justified. Femenist houses have repeatedly entered into an unequal battle with law enforcement officers and, in the literal sense of the word, finished off those with a gesture, and in a word, and in the body. Of course, the sympathy of the audience, especially the male, were on the side of the lustful activists in national wreaths, and not brutal and at the same time embarrassed by an abundance of naked bodies of policemen. Femen men love to the fact that even my request on Facebook to drop the contacts of the coordinator of Anna Gutzol promptly earned Like from an unfamiliar foreigner. But even after a conversation with her in a story with the forest, green and knives, it was difficult to believe. Historical memory worked, and in the stormy story of Femen there is something to remember. They didn’t protest against which and whom they just did not protest: the loving Dominic of Strauss-Kan and Silwio Berlusconi in the homeland of politicians, potential sex tourists-guests of Euro 2012, and, of course, against prostitution. The Russian presidential pre-prime duet also got from them. Especially for them, Femen came up with two popular slogans: “Ukraine is not Alina” and “we will not give the Kremlin dwarfs.” And in December - and completely sent his representatives in support of the Russian opposition (which came out of this - look here ). And on their website, girls are traded with beautiful souvenirs : boobographs and towering with autographs. And to whom to believe now - of their own free will, rejecting the underwear that rejects the inventors of the tinenters or Reznichenko and the clearly unsympathetic Belarusian KGBS, who disowned the night incident? To clarify the situation, I just asked the Gutzol, why was it at all to go to Belarus and risk it? After all, even quite European Roman police officers were detained for such a Femenista action and wanted to deport. “It is necessary to help the oppressed peoples and provide fraternal assistance,” she replied, having driven out the obviousness and correctness of the idea. What is there to add? This is true. Fraternal peoples in difficult times need to be supported. Who doubts that the Belarusian security forces can bring to the forest and bury anyone there? Or that Ukraine is Mecca of European Sex Turism. Lukashenko clearly has problems, since not even some in advance consistent of any horror from Belarus, but quite local Belarusian journalists and bloggers are ready to believe rather Ukrainian girls than their own security forces. And try not to overclock the demonstrators or the recent death sentence to the Vitebsk hard workers-terrorists. But in Ukraine itself, on the contrary, they are often more likely to believe fierce Batskin Kagbashniki than fragile and not very activists. So something with this new busty brand of Ukraine is not so with methods, image and ideology. By the way, few people know about Femen ideology. For several years they will excite the world with shocking shares, but besides the “boobs” they are not associated with anything. This ideology was quite concisely formulated by a friend who, for two years, worked in Femen as a spokesman: “Everything should be interested in everything. And if something worries her, you need to talk about it. ” So they build a new feminism and want the idea to spread around the world. It would seem simple. And the idea partially works: in the world they are already known about them. It remains to learn about ideas. And this is not yet very. At home they have already become familiar: they no longer laugh at them, but only jokes evil. Although, a terrible story about night torture in the deaf Belarusian forests may well be true, at least to a large extent. But if the bets in the Femen struggle for the rights of the oppressed are rapidly growing, it is time for them to tie with boobographs, otherwise you look, next time no one rushes to save. Moreover, once this will be very soon. On December 24, Femen intend to personally support the opposition rally in Moscow.
