Well, a new victory!
When planning, we underestimated the turnout for Bolotnaya by about three times; and then they also underestimated the turnout for Sakharov by three times. In my opinion, it was between 150 and 200 thousand. If you remember, the Nazis brought out their own people there, and people stood according to the markings, loosely, did not occupy the entire avenue, and this was called 50 thousand. But this is not the main thing: it is clear that there were a LOT of people.
Much more important is how we evaluate the political results and the work of the organizing committee.
In my opinion:
- the audience once again showed that it sees ALL politicians in the coffin (more precisely, those whom it considers politicians). Me included, especially since all the other deputies fled, and I received my portion of the mandates for everyone. And this is correct - politicians, as representatives of parties, always express the interests of part of society, that is, they divide, while apolitical cultural figures unite. The latter should continue to dominate general rallies; there should be strict quotas for politicians
- although we managed to maintain peace and relative agreement between representatives of different political directions (and this happened thanks to the creation of the Initiative Group), the formation of political platforms in the movement is inevitable and will happen soon. I think that over the New Year holidays, the democratic left and possible liberal allies need to form what in the future will become a mass social party, I propose to start working on this immediately
- the existence of several organizational centers must be overcome. The participatory democratic model was difficult, but workable - in fact, we saw the proto-parliament of the future. There should be no more authoritarian self-appointed groups, especially during the formation of the Union of Voters
- we need to actively think about the future Constituent Assembly. I propose to make a general crowdsourcing project for the architecture of the future government, also live - SOTV.rf is ready to provide us with such a platform, let's launch it in January, and before that we will create a website for discussion on this topic.
In any case, the situation is developing rapidly. They hear us, and we speak louder. I think if we don’t cool down, this government will not survive March.
