Three authorized rallies against election fraud were held in Kurgan on Saturday, December 24, Interfax reports.

The protesters gathered under the slogan “Communist Party of the Russian Federation for fair elections.” According to representatives of law enforcement agencies, the rally was announced for 300 people, but in fact about 120 people were present.
The second rally, organized by the public movement "Solidarity", the association "Civil Front" and the public movement "For Fair Elections", gathered near the Rossiya cinema, according to police representatives, about 30 people, although an application was submitted for 500 protesters . The rally began at 12.00 (Moscow time) and lasted about half an hour.
An hour later, at 13.00 (Moscow time), another rally began on the square in front of the Palace of Mechanical Engineers, for which the United Civil Front submitted an application. This rally was also announced for 500 people and lasted for an hour. In fact, according to the police, about 100-120 people gathered.
