The rally on Sakharov Avenue turned out to be the most massive in recent history, truly public. There were tens of thousands of people united by anger and determination. People of different ages, social groups and political beliefs came under the anti -Putin slogans, which only a bunch of daredevils who are familiar to police batons and auto -zats could shout yesterday. Today, these words are picked up by a huge crowd, they are written on home -made posters, cheerful students, prosperous clerks and elderly intellectuals. This protest still does not have leaders.
