
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev changed the composition of the Council on Combating Corruption and Commission on Personnel Policy in Law enforcement. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the Kremlin statement.
According to the presidential decree, the head of the presidential administration, Sergei Ivanov, was appointed chairman of the Presidium of the Council under the Presidential of the Russian Federation to counteract corruption. Another presidential decree Ivanov was appointed chairman of the Presidential Commission on the issues of personnel policy in law enforcement agencies.
According to the same decree, the commission of the Commission was included in the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Viktor Grin, the chairman of the State Duma Sergey Naryshkin and Deputy Prosecutor Alexander Zvyagintsev was excluded from its composition.
Naryshkin is also excluded from the Council of Combating Corruption.
