Putin writes a "personal" election program

The pre -election program candidate for president Vladimir Putin writes by hand, the document will be published until February 12. This was announced in an interview with the newspaper Izvestia , published on January 9, the prime minister spokesman Dmitry Peskov told.

According to the interlocutor of the publication, the main theses of the program were already previously formulated in the "People’s Program" of the United Popular Front. However, this will be a more personal program, while the “folk program” has collected wishes to the public.

According to the member of the campaign headquarters of Vyacheslav Lysakov, Putin will specify the proposals “for those areas of life that cause the most issues among the population”: housing and communal services, alcoholism and drug addiction, crime and corruption.

Putin was the first officially registered presidential candidate on December 20, 2011. In addition, the Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov and the head of the LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky were registered. The founder of Yabloko Grigory Yavlinsky, businessman Mikhail Prokhorov, ex-mayor of Vladivostok Viktor Cherepkov, Irkutsk governor Dmitry Mezentsev, Orenburger Rinat Khamiev and the leader of the Volya party Svetlana Peunovova are still busy collecting signatures in their support. The healer Nikolai Levashov was not allowed before the elections.

The presidential election will be held on March 4, 2012.
