As a source in law enforcement agencies said, fire safety violations were revealed in the restaurant. The restaurant building had a centralized heating and power supply system. At the same time, a main gas pipeline was not brought to the building. For savings, gas cylinders were used, which exploded.

"The case was instituted on the grounds of crimes under Article 109 (causing death by negligence) and Article 238 (providing services that do not meet security requirements)," she said.
There were two explosions. A gas cylinder exploded in the kitchen, then another cotton was heard - a second gas cylinder exploded from high temperature. The second powerful cotton rang out at a time when rescuers and firefighters had already taken out injured people from the burning Il Pittore. On the wounded employees of the restaurant who ran out into the street, there were practically no clothes - she burned in the flame, which covered the hall after the first explosion.
According to RIA Novosti, there was already a fire in the same restaurant about six months ago. “In the summer, someone set fire to the summer veranda,” said the former employee of the establishment of Lilia Fanyan. “He threw something burning on the roof. The tent caught fire, but the staff quickly reacted. They put it out. As far as I know, there were no problems with the safety means, the fire extinguishers have always been, they followed this well.” According to her, gas cylinders were usually located next to barbecue barbecue. It is possible that due to the faulty cylinder, the mixture "disappeared", which led to the explosion.
