According to him, the document published on the site was prepared by the United Russia party, which nominated Putin as a candidate for the post of head of state. A document called "Program 2012 - 2018" published on the Putin 2012 website January 12. The text consists of six chapters. The results of the last decade are summed up, further goals are determined and the tasks for Russian authorities are called for six years. At the same time, he said that "the airtime allotted to the presidential candidate Putin by law will be used in any case to bring his election program to voters." According to Peskov, Putin’s headquarters admit the option with the participation of representatives of the prime minister in the debate, but the final decision has not yet been made. "At the moment, the possibility of participating in the debate of representatives of President Putin, but he himself will make the final decision on this issue," Peskov said.
