On Monday, on the 5th, I went to pure ponds to visit a rally disagreed with the results of the elections. The rally is authorized. About 5,000 people gathered (as I could visually evaluate), they say that it was 7.
The fact that I came to the rally, for me personally, is nonsense. What was it to have gone to me to crawl?! But I am a letterwall, I am not so much against the victory of the EP in the elections, let it be 99%, but given all these numerous documented facts of falsifications - I cannot consider either elections or power legitimate. Sorry, but such a violation of the law is a spit on all ideals that a person has.
It is interesting that from the authorities, later, we constantly heard condescending: “Well, you understand which country you live in.” I understand. I live in a country with a total area of 17 million km2, located in Eastern Europe and North Asia. I understand falsification as a violation of the laws of our country and a criminal offense. So the only thing I do not understand is the difference in "understanding."
OK. Let's get back. The rally began at 19-00 and ended at 20-00 (well, or a little has not yet diverged). I will say right away, I did not like the rally. I came there to “capture reverence”, but I did not want to yell empty slogans with a crowd, which even worse than the speeches of the fans. “Revolution!”, “Putin - thief!”, “Down with power!” - It's all good and testosterone plays. A couple of speakers, however, in my opinion, shouted well: "Constitution!" And "on trial!".
The rally ended with a call from the scene to advance the crowd to CIC and continue standing already in Cherkassky Lane. No sooner said than done. The crowd slowly moved. I went with the first batch. It is interesting to see what will happen. On the way, I went to buy coffee, and when I left a glass of cafe, I discovered that I was far behind. According to Myasnitskaya, he began to catch up. And what is surprising ... did not catch up! The crowd somehow resolved (this is a bright feature of that crowd of that evening, by the way).
From remarkable observations around - crowds of riot police are dispersed along the alleys and alleys of Myasnitskaya. I have never seen so much. The alleys were simply clogged with pellet and body armor. Suddenly, a movement began behind me, the "astronauts" began to block the butcher.
I immediately thought that going around Cordon is very simple on the neighboring streets, the benefit of such ways to bypass in bulk. Later they told me how riot police were bypassed through ... the premises of the Biblio Globe store! :)
I received [s] that I came to the CIC first and ... the only one! For about half an hour I stomped there and even made a large circle to see, suddenly the crowd gathers from the side of the New Square. Returning to Cyc, I found one more ... one comrade. We met, chatted. We decided to take a walk. We went to look at the place of the rally of the EP in the Square of the Revolution. They returned to the CIC, did not find anyone new, said goodbye and went in different directions.
All this time, riot police and representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs gathered at the CEC. But somehow sluggish. The time later (somewhere in 21–00 or a little later) their actions became a little more organized. The approaches to the CEC was blocked by buses and a cordon from riot police with shields. But, I repeat, all this was some kind of scatter. And the shields somehow did not belligerently and some of the cordons on the approaches were removed.
Here I want to note that for a very long time, after the rally ended, and before the raids began, no one actually understood what to do. Neither the "opposition" performed by the righteous anger, nor the power of "law and order". The crowd from clean went in very different directions, and did not know where the center was. At some point, having guessed to the group of the people, we began to follow the situation through Twitter Varlamov. Supplying for his posts, we found ourselves in desert places each time. The forces of "law enforcement" also did not understand what and why to do. The confusion was written on their faces.
My evening turned into a fascinating walk around the city. It was interesting to look at the flickering around, listen to various conversations. As a result, I ended up in the company of pretty young people at the monument to Pushkin.
At 22–20, when we were about to go into the transition, in the subway, to leave home (I note once again, we stood at the monument, behind a wide bronze back to which the path would not overcome), strange people approached us. These people refused to call themselves, and they were dressed in the clothing of cells, which can be bought in stores like "Pisces". Unknown people demanded from us to proceed to buses. We asked to submit [Xia] and show the documents. One of the unknown "fishermen", the owner of small black antennae, was guided by the Code of Matroskin (mustache, paws and tail): “I am a colonel! What, fuck, documents! "
We began to "pack" us. I was quite politely led under the elbow on the bus. When the salon was a rally [n], the car jerked off.
From this moment, the marathon from calls began. They called in the cabin, almost everything, because for most the experience of detention was a novelty. We called, first of all, not even relatives and relatives, but to those who could help with advice. Those who have already been detained, journalists, lawyers.
I will run ahead. There were many calls. At some point, an avalanche began. Firstly, they responded and helped, gave advice, people with whom we have not talked for a long time or those with whom we were not particularly familiar. There were many calls from those whom we did not know at all, but those who called on the principle of “six handshakes”. And, of course, calls from friends with the words of support! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you all for that!
I did not feel unity at a rally in pure ponds. The crowd as a whole was some kind of uncertain. None of the slogans lasted longer than the person on stage continued to chant him into the microphone (this is to the question of the absence of real leaders, now the leader is something on -time: idea and resentment). But in the cell and in court, this unity was. It was in the telephone tube. It was between the detainees. It was thanks to all those present (including riot police and police officers).
So, we were delivered to the Tver OVD. Now they write to me that they are informed about beatings and hard detentions. I believe that this could be. However, with us (17 people were delivered to Tverskoye, four journalists with crusts were quickly released) were politely addressed. Without rudeness. I did not meet any physical strength, not insults.
At first we were divided into two groups: on the second floor and on the fourth. On the fourth we were placed in the premises of the Museum of the ATS. Interesting. There were very good pre -revolutionary photos.
I repeat once again, I'm a formalist. I am not so much against detention as against non -fulfillment of legal procedures. I already wrote that we were not introduced, they did not report what they detained, did not show documents. By the way, our passports were also quickly seized - without explanation.
As we became aware of the competent comrades-legal entities (Vika, thank you for the consultation!), We have no right to delay for more than 3 hours without explaining the reason. Simple mathematics. 22:46 - We were delivered to the Tver OVD (by the protocol we were detained from 22:30). For the first time I saw the detention protocol from which I found out what was detained at 1:50. It seems to be a difference of 20 minutes, but ... they didn’t explain anything to us. No reasons. No right. Not the norms of the law. When we read and signed the report, of course, the employees explained to us its content ... If we asked questions.
So, a long hassle ended. It became clear that we would be held at least until the morning. We were taken to the first floor. They took things. Laces, of course. Made an inventory. And put in the camera. The last to the camera was launched by Ilyas.
Ilyas introduced himself as a “professional troll”. He produced trolling systems with pleasure. If they have time to make stupid reports and spend the night behind pieces of paper, then Ilyas demanded to conduct a detailed inventory of his things. In particular, rewrite numbers and recruits of numerous discount cards.
In total, 13 people remained in the police department. 10 guys and 3 girls. We took two cameras. Camera. I hope this place will fall into a magazine type of interior design, or ATS officers will send an application to the “apartment question”. Dimensions (approximately) 2.5 by 3 meters. High ceiling (very, 4-5 meters). Textured walls. There are inscriptions on the door and door box. On the door: “Putin will be executed”, scratched. On the box - "31". By the way, there is an inscription on the door to the toilet: "Russia will be free." The way the inscription is made: on the sheet, which is under the plastic panel, and the fact that the detainee, when leaving the camera to the toilet, is under the alert supervision of an ATS employee, says that the inscription could not appear just like quick and secret hooliganism.
We did not sleep well. Nevertheless, 10 men tried to arrange a rooks of seals. And still, two had to stand and wait for the queue. But the night passed in conversations, fell asleep closer to the morning. Daniel was with us (one of the organizers of the nationalist association "League of the Defense of Moscow"). In the morning, he snored so contagiously, occupying a decent piece of space with his powerful body.
Ah, yes, how the camera looks. Come in - a narrow strip of floor, after a wooden flooring raised above the floor to one step. This flat and convenient space from the orthopedic point of view is intended for lying down. At your service is a crumpled and in stains mattress. Rum Service is cleaning once a day - a corridor and a toilet. Cleaning the camera, apparently in the absence of detainees. There is no breakfast. It seems to be the content of the detainee 30 RE per day, but we were not fed, they didn’t. However, products, water were actively transmitted to us. Girls from the neighboring camera asked for the opportunity to buy coffee glasses in the department in the department. It was great coffee! Even better than what was then handed over to us from the chocolate.
Thank you very much for these bags with rolls, water, sausage, coffee. It was not just food, it was information. It was a reminder that the world is wider than a stone bag of 2.5 by 3.
In one of the packages, under the bananas, they carried the phone.
It seems that I caught a cold at the police department. The wall in which I slept was cold. Therefore, although I slept for 12 hours, I still feel tired. And the head hurts. Therefore, now, I will talk about some episodes.
I must say about wonderful girls. Tamara and Lyuba sisters, and also Dasha, who dreams of teaching the English employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. We constantly confused Tamara and Lyuba. Only Sasha did not confuse - her husband ... Lyuba? Tamara? Either Lyuba, or Tamara is an artist. She made wonderful caricatures (promised to send). One of them shows how Dasha, a fragile girl somewhere about 60 meters in tall, resists the forces of riot police and blocks the Tverskaya, apparently, bodies of defeated riot police.
Dasha, Lyuba and Tamara actively defended themselves. Submitted petitions. They called witnesses and, apparently, will dispute the court verdict. True, everything, we all received the same sentence. Only a punishment measure or a fine of 1000 or up to 3 days. The girls were released with a fine.
The criminal false court is only one of the parties to the criminal fake power in our country. This is one of the instrients of pressure on society. But the authorities, it seems, should pay attention to the fact that they use it somehow wrong. This court did not scare anyone. But he only pumped and approved people in his innocence ... who used to only do what they also retweed.
The report was typical. Mistakes are typical. And the court was a typical. The same “witnesses” of the accusation. The same words. In the end, OMON employees were confused, talked.
In the corridors, however, there were other personal conversations. Almost all employees of OMON and the Ministry of Internal Affairs shared our point of view and agreed with many. Yes, this is “and Vaska is listening, but eats”, but you should hear some of them who spoke with feeling, from yourself, and quite reactionary and “seditious” things.
Of course, there was a lot of hypocrisy. But, forgive me for the pathos words, I was happy that not a single one looked into my eyes. Even to the judge’s question: “Do you know the accused” - they didn’t look at me. None of those present in court raised his head. No witnesses, no incomprehensible riot police.
At the trial, I behaved as passively as possible. I do not look like an ideological fighter. I have already experienced the whole range of feelings before the trial. There, in the court building, it remained just to walk along the corridors, read forgotten newspapers and treat as indifferently as possible. Plus, I wildly wanted to return to my son.
When we were still sitting in the cell, the first news came about those who were detained for 15 days. Then I was scared. Like a stupid term. But I was unbearably dreary that I could not see my son for two weeks.
By the way, when the judge left the hall, we and the remaining, some obscure riot police (I seriously do not understand why they were sitting there), we talked mainly about children and about cartoons.
So one employee said that Batman respects, because he is the only mutant. And he doesn’t like Spider-Man. We agreed with everyone on the fact that we love all the "three of Prostokvashino."
And about my passivity. Firstly, we had a scheme: some submit petitions, others-no. Experiment. Secondly, after several meetings, I did not see the point of countering this particular meeting.
To questions about the petitions (they lay in my pocket) or about comments or questions to witnesses of the prosecution, I stated that I have petitions, questions, and comments, but I do not see the point of making them, because they will not be taken into account. "The testimony of S.K. The court does not trust his innocence and regard them with a protective position chosen to avoid responsibility, they are only contradicting written materials of the case, as well as explanations in the court of police officers Marchenko A.S., Kurashova O.O., who are logical, consistent and fully consistent with the case materials. The court did not establish the grounds not to trust the indicated witnesses. ”
I want to make it clear that this court is absolutely false, false and “illiginal”. In the theoretical situation “according to the law”, we would be justified after one or two arguments. True, in the theoretical situation “according to the law”, this would threaten many people with a loss of work.
By the way, you still have a nice addition to you. Dasha went to the auto -zak absolutely voluntarily. I could be mistaken, but it seems that she even asked to accompany. But she was falsely condemned, like all of us. That is, the riot police lied that they saw Dasha that they detained her.
Oh, I didn’t write the most important thing. For which we were convicted. Now, re -reading the protocol, I experience the bitterness of unrealized opportunities. So, see the traffic on Tverskaya and resist the riot police with only fascinating 24 hours in which your movements are limited (this is not much different from the route house-work) and 1000 rubles. True, I note once again, this is a impudent lie and just a typical report. We did not block Tverskaya. They did not resist. And even more so, they were not where it was indicated in the report. Well, OMON employees who detained us, I do not remember at the monument to Pushkin. For example, a handsome and tall guy led me into the bus. In court, two medium -sized men testified against me and not very pretty.
The past day was perfectly informationally saturated. Rarely when your personal self -awareness consists of many information flows. When you perceive, not only the “objective” reality of yourself here and now, but you also feel somewhere.
So I was shocked by the story of my Bryansk friend. Kirdos with his Flevo moved to Moscow to support us (well, Gonzo's duty is calling to be on the front line!) He soon called the news that shocked me. Their car was stopped on the Kyiv-Moscow highway and simply unfolded, not allowing to move on.
Everyone who is legal in the Russian Federation has the right to move freely, choose a place of stay and residence.
Everyone can freely travel outside the Russian Federation. A citizen of the Russian Federation has the right to freely return to the Russian Federation.
I want to say one simple thing. I am not very against detention. I am extremely unpleasant for the lie that this detention is justified. There is not a single word of truth in the detention protocol. There was not a single word of truth in court. That's what it is important for me to tell.
Probably, a little later I will post a scan of a report and a court decision. Although these papers do not deserve attention. At least due to the number of errors that they are made in them. Judge for yourself. From the report:
"At about 22 hours 30 minutes"
"The request of the police officer in connection with the execution of them"
"Passing part of Tverskaya Street"
Small but piquant addition. When Pushkin began to detain us in the process of active and emotional discussion of the idea of ... joining the United Russia party! If the slogans came from our group, then they were like this: “We believe the election results!”, “Falsification is a deep provocation!”, “Medvedev cannot lie!”
PS By the way, not only did we not introduce themselves, did not show documents, but they did not offer to disperse.
