
The Cheremushkinsky court of Moscow authorized the arrest of the CEO of Kasabella Suren Mkrtchyan, the owner of the Moscow restaurant Il Pittore, where an explosion occurred on January 9, which claimed the lives of three people. It is reported by Interfax .
Earlier, Mkrtchyana’s lawyer said that last summer they tried to set fire to a restaurant with a bottle of incendiary mixture.
According to him, his client, the question of the arrest of which is decides on the Cheremushkinsky court of Moscow, "is aware of his moral and human responsibility and is further ready to provide material assistance to the victims." He organized blood donation, bought medicines and allocated funds.
The explosion and fire occurred on January 9 in Moscow on Novochermushkinskaya Street in the house 38, where the Italian restaurant Il Pittore is located. As a result, two people died on the spot, another 40 were in hospitals with burns. On the eve of January 12, the third victim of the explosion died - 38 -year -old cook Anvar Satroldiev. He had burns 80 percent of the surface of the body. It was reported that he saved several people.
According to the preliminary version, the explosion occurred due to improper operation of the gas cylinder in the restaurant kitchen.
