- Now they offer candidates from the people to collect two million signatures, which is actually allocated only four days . On December 19, we received permission to open an account. Three days to open an account is already the 22nd. Then we must submit an application to the printing house and get an agreement for the manufacture of signature sheets - this is a couple of days, December 25. When we did this, we must receive an account in the printing house and pay through the bank, three more days - this is the 28th number. Further at least a couple of days, having put aside everything, they must print signature sheets - this is the 30th. Then we must send to the regions-this is at least three to five days, all the country throughout the country-it turns out on January 1, mail is no longer working. When we did this, then in the regions the collectors of the signatures, and there are one and a half thousand of them, should financially assure all documents for the right to collect signatures. And until January 10, non -working days for notaries throughout the country. So on the 10th, you can only contact a notary public, and start 11. And in order to collect signatures back, at least five days you need to collect them from the regions. Three days for processing these signatures, for verification, and so on - 8 days. We can only perform all these procedures on the 19th, and not a single day remains. That's how they do.
In this situation , the article 19 of the Constitution on equality before the law of all candidates was completely destroyed . Therefore, I, as a candidate, whose rights are directly violated, went to these elections to appeal to the Supreme Court (I have already sent it to the constitutional), on the discrepancy of the law on the presidential election to four articles of the Constitution. I understand very well that and how the Supreme Court will answer me, but I will go further to the European court. I am the only one who won the court of President Yeltsin in Russia, and I will try to win this court with the present and future president and all this lads, which has seized power in an anti -constitutional way. And I have already sued President President Putin, who did not leave, as he was prescribed by the law three days after registration on vacation, now conducts peppers and glider and even reminds him that he is nominated for presidents and uses his advantages.

This is a shame. Therefore, they are embarrassed by the live broadcast, they have nothing to say, nothing to show. Therefore, it is natural that neither he nor the whole "United Russia" wants to participate in these television battles.
- Sociologists say that Putin’s rating falls mainly among the educated, wealthy residents of Moscow and St. Petersburg, and the province on March 4 will still go to vote for it. Is your experience observing what is happening in Vladivostok in Primorye, corresponds to these sociological calculations?
- In Vladivostok, only 20% voted for United Russia - this is the lowest indicator. Then Shuvalov even said: Build these bridges yourself. They swelled 140 billion into Vladivostok, but the people did not even see their nobility in this, they hate power in essence. But in the provinces, the conditions for tossing are much higher. Judge for yourself: Kadyrov had at 90%, otherwise it would have been 120%. In Dagestan the same picture. But even in this case, even then they are gaining even below 50%, they could no longer firm. The level of respect for them below is even lower, since the impoverished people simply hates this power. And in Moscow, both the rich and the average level see that even the money that they earned righteous or unrighteously cannot be used effectively. They all drive out abroad. The only way out is the departure from Putin’s presidential race and his prevention in these dishonest elections. He can participate, but then the whole falsification machine should be neutralized.
