Wikileaks: Yushchenko talked about Putin's involvement in Rosukrenergo

Former Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko informed American diplomats about the involvement in Rosukrenergo of another ex-head of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma and the current Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
