The results of the week. Disposition
The outgoing week is important primarily by the fact that it quite clearly demonstrated the tactics and strategy of both the authorities and the opposition in anticipation of the new wave of protests and the presidential election. To admit, when I read the text signed by Putin in Izvestia, I thought that the bosses finally realized: after the purebred boulevard, Bolotnaya and Sakharov Avenue, they were in a new, extremely unpleasant, political reality for them. If you omit the self -selection natural for the presidential candidate (the price of which was remarkably shown by Evgeny Gontmamer), then we have a plan for the neat wiring of the "angry citizens." You are addressed by Putin, the regime I built with its corruption, imitation democracy and the lawlessness of the security forces is annoying. So I'm not enthusiastic, he says. One misfortune - in the past, the desire of the advanced part of the elite jerked to move in the direction of progress turned poorly. Yes, and “overthrows” are fighting for power in order to get privileges for themselves personally. A rather elegant attempt to play on the frequently declared fatigue of “angry citizens” from famous opposition politicians.
And what is the purpose of the opposition-just to transfer power to “right people”, Putin continues. And where, the prime minister asks, a substantial discussion about the country's development paths, about how to answer the challenges of today's world? The trick is obvious. The National Property abandoned direct discussions with other presidential candidates, they say, they are inclined to give irresponsible promises. Now he calls for discussion in absentia. This is a great way to deprive supporters of the opposition, both systemic and non -systemic. Official presidential candidates will be doomed to tedious discussions with Putin's “smaller brothers” on some narrow issues. As for the opposition is unsystematic, it is quite obvious: it is worth Sergei Udaltsov and Boris Nemtsov to try to develop a certain general development program of the country, they certainly migate in disputes, as they adhere to fundamentally different views on economic and social issues.
In general, I repeat, the wiring was prepared very professionally and accurately. But Putin’s intellectual bar managed to withstand only two days. Before Wednesday, when the National Proper opened his mouth at a meeting with media leaders. And the toads sprinkled. Putin told his sophisticated listeners an interesting mass. About the fact that writer Boris Akunin is involved in the protest movement due to his Georgian origin. About the fact that experts, who, unlike him, do not see the danger emanating from the American missile defense, work for another power. About the Radio station "Echo of Moscow", watering it with diarrhea. And of course, about the Fox TV channel, where the presenter coughed and fraught the honest woman who chopped the truth-uterus about the war in South Ossetia. The worst thing is that, it seems, he himself believes in it. He, as it turned out, does not read newspapers, and when he listens to the radio, he is so upset that he cannot fall asleep. In general, all the information is from the reports of the secret police and the records of wiretaps.
All this, of course, looks very convincing for advanced representatives of the born middle class. I suspect that in order to achieve the maximum number of participants in the procession on February 4, it is often necessary to give a direct speech of the Nationalist on the air.
The degree of adequacy of Putin calls into question and the main achievement of the meeting of the prime minister with the chief editors. Namely: a gracious agreement to meet with the “non -political” part of the opposition, in particular with Dmitry Bykov and all the same ethnic Georgian Grigory Chkartishvili. I'm afraid that the promised dialogue will be verbal flogging of opposition under the cells of subordinate television channels. On the other hand, I repeat, every new premier word can bring more and more people to the square. Because it is simply offensive to allow this to command the country for another six years. One way or another, it is obvious that the authorities do not demonstrate the ability to sophisticated intrigue. And henceforth, she will act quite durable.
Of course, this is not at all a reason for the opposition to be dizziness from success. The most stupid thing that could be imagined in the current situation is to begin to compose all kinds of “shadow cabinets”, divide non -existent positions, produce “positive” programs, multiply parties and movements. And to endlessly find out the relationship with each other.
Vladimir Ryzhkov, who writes that the dismantling of the Putin regime, is today the most positive program. This is not a game of paradoxes. In Russia, in Russia, in principle, no private, “sectoral” reform is impossible in Russia, permeated with corruption and omnipotence. This regime can evolve only in the direction of increasingly tough authoritarianism. The only positive program that is possible today is honest elections, guarantees of the change of power, which is ensured by the freedom of printing. It is these tasks that set themselves, as far as one can understand, the newly created “non -political” voter league and the “political” civil movement. However, the meaning of the latter remains not entirely clear. If the goals are as described, why, asks, to create three “political” parts inside the movement: liberal, left and nationalist? Only in order to realize the unthinkable idea of uniting liberals and nationalists? Or for the political part of the activists, there was no "their" organization. The main thing is that, having engaged in party -standing, the opposition leaders once again do not melt in the swarm and mutual claims. V.V. Putin hopes for this very much.
