
Presidential candidate Mikhail Prokhorov, who published his election program the day before, began the election campaign: on Saturday he meets youth in Kazan, and the night before in a television interview he promised to sell his business in case of victory in the elections.
The owner of the ONEXIM group said in an interview on the Rain TV channel: "If I become the president, I sell all my assets and give most of the money to charity ... I am more expensive for me, but I feel sorry for the bee."
On Saturday, more than a thousand young people came to Prokhorov’s election meeting in Kazan. In total, about eight meetings in different cities of Russia are planned.
The participants of the meeting were young people from Tatarstan, as well as other cities of Russia, who were invited through one of the social networks, where it was necessary to register and place the announcement of this event on their page. There are also former associates of Prokhorov in the party’s party, Interfax reports. At least a hundred media representatives from different cities of Russia registered for this meeting.
It is expected that Prokhorov will present the key provisions of his election program, which he published on his website the day before, hold a press conference, and in the evening will take part in the Charitable Basketball match "Star Match", organized by the Association of Student basketball of Russia.
