The three-inch nail in his head did not interfere with the 32-year-old American Dante Outullo to continue repairing his house, during which he was injured. Having completed the repair, Dante went to bed, and the next morning he woke up, feeling unhealthy, and was hospitalized.
According to Sky News , the X -ray made in one of the hospitals Chicago showed that Dante not only scratched himself with a pneumatic pistol for nails, but drove a three -inch nail into his head. True, so successfully that none of the important nervous centers were damaged: he could move, say, retained his memory. And given that there are no pain receptors in the brain, Outullo's nail did not deliver any physical inconvenience.
Otullo posted a photo of the X -ray picture on Facebook directly from the ambulance, which delivered him from one hospital to another for the operation.
The surgeons removed the nail from his head, once again indicating that Dante was incredibly lucky. His 33-year-old wife Gale Glanzer said the media: "He feels well. Moves all members, says normally, remembers everything. Surprisingly. This is a miracle."
