At the Zvezda plant in Primorye, the Nerpa nuclear submarine will be transferred to the Indian Navy

The nuclear submarine Nerpa will be leased to the Indian Navy on Monday, January 23, an informed source told Interfax .

“The ceremony of handing over the submarine will take place in the first half of the day at the Zvezda plant in Primorye,” the agency’s interlocutor said.

According to him, a delegation from Rosoboronexport, the United Shipbuilding Corporation, and the command of the Russian Pacific Fleet arrived in Bolshoi Kamen to participate in the ceremony.
