A number of deja vu: in the 88th-89th, young democrats went to the Near West in search of comrades in arms. Then it was Poland and Baltic states. In the Baltic states, the national fronts raised their heads, and in Poland, “solidarity” was preparing to take power. I clearly remember that discourse. We - that is, the intelligentsia from the Soviet center of the world - tried to receive moral, or even material support from more "advanced democrats." We were interested exclusively from the point of view of whether this center will fail as a result to Tartarara and whether it can somehow push it.
The conversation was polite, but diverging along different lines. We: Let's fall over and build democracy together. They: We, that is, our states, did not marry by good will and therefore let's scatter quietly. We: it will not succeed in a quiet way, we must build a democracy together in order to avoid aggression of an older brother. They - and in the Baltic states by that time the nationalists had already at the disposal of all the organist parties of the local branches of the Communist Party - they answered just as reasonably, which is better separately. Although, on the other hand, they welcomed the Democrats from Russia in every possible way, they provided assembly halls, but expressed a desire to mutate their democracy on their own.
Things were better with proud Poles, who in historical memory preserved memories of both life in the common empire, and about various wars with us with varying success. They looked at the giant map on which the huge Soviet Union hung over relatively little Poland, and thoughtfully poured “St. John's wort”. Despite even the then widespread grocery deficit, they fed us very well, and finally provided Baul of subversive literature.
But in general, in Poland, the conversation was like this: each has their own cockroaches, let's racpatem and forget everything. We welcome your struggle for democracy, but it seems that we will run the first. In general, the main thing is to see that your tanks do not come to us.
Since then it has passed - let me count - well, 24 years. The Baltic states fell off so that, nothing else was heard about her in Russia. Poland came cool into the EU and replenished the contingents of NATO missions around the world with proud Poles. They are heroically (even more heroically than the original NATO) fight and are no longer afraid of tanks from Russia. But to talk that with those that, in general, there is nothing to.
Meanwhile, in Russia, perestroika-2 , and all in a circle. The next generation of the opposition goes to the West for help, which, oddly enough, moving towards our borders, is removed from us. Now where do I meet them? In Paris! Yashin (28 years old), Ilya Ponomarev (36 years old), Yaroslav Nikitenko (24 years old) - on a little one from the Internet - in the basement of the Boil Boulevard Boulevard Bomarsha.
It is curious that 24 years ago, Yashin was 4 years old, and he still did not understand anything, and Yaroslav Nikitenko, as it were, was not at all, did not appear. Only a 12 -year -old kid was wise - Ponomarev.
However, the discourse is the same. Meeting with the real presidential candidate of the President of the Green Evo Zholi, we are pumping: you are against corruption, and all corrupt officials are here, with us, and they help you wash it. Therefore, of course, it is necessary to support the Russian opposition. Ilya Ponomarev walked around Paris everywhere with a “white ribbon” on the lapel of a deputy jacket, which is why the descendants of Russian emigrants who were here in a huge number probably imagined that this was some kind of monarchical sign. Moreover, the deputy of the Duma ...

However, with Western support, as before, rotten. This is only in television films and in the imagination of the leaders of the United Russia in the West and see how to put the Russian packs of the euro in the pocket of Russians. Thank God if a glass is poured. Eva Julie, however, also agreed to put on a white tape, but again in French-a huge bow, which is why this tape is difficult to take for a tape. The former judge, unlike our Zorkin, she did not particularly reflect the subject of legal norms. I called on the past elections in Russia to cancel, chaos to the villagers to pursue the list of Magnitsky, and even in our favor to increase the role of the Strasbourg Court in order to plant justice, including in Eastern Europe.
However, all these in every sense, the beautiful democratic declarations remained in the basement, resulting in two small articles on blogs. Which, for my part, I would attribute to the organizational failure of the event. Still, it would be possible to better capitalize the meeting. (I recall the scene from the film "Comedians" when the words the seventh water on the jelly of a former former candidate of US presidents scared away the evil tonton Makuts.)
Moreover, if Nikitenko, obviously, for the first time in his life, having gone to the “meeting at the top,” clearly felt elasticity, then somewhat depressive expressions did not leave Ilya Yashin. He also wanted to say so much from prison to the West, but meets in ... a store and with some completely domestic people in appearance, and who came here with children. In general, it turned out "Yashin and the children." Of course, our Trinity was called heroic fighters against the despotic regime of Vladimir Putin, and all this is fine, but it is desirable that they learn about it in wider circles. It will come in handy ... in dungeons.
Nevertheless, I heard wonderful information from our oppositionists. For the first time (and I, apparently, broke somewhat in Paris) about the idea of holding a constituent meeting. The chairman of the Constitutional Court Zorkin began to rinse her after the other day. Although - I agree with Zorkin - and it remains not clear who will establish and what and on behalf of whom. And from Ilya Ponomarev, who had to somehow explain to the public, why he is so opposition-approval, and is in a party grown in the Kremlin laboratory, an amazing version. It turns out that the “fair Russia” made a real opposition simply a departmental inconsistency. Through the life of Mironov, he does not listen to six, but accepts orders only from Putin, and Putin himself did not live from morning to evening to lead the world, you are stinging. Here Mironov was frozen completely. And also, that Mironov allegedly concluded the pact (in nothing, however, especially without risking) that in case of victory in the elections, he will dismiss the Duma, or he himself will resign with the feeling of the fulfillment of the duty. Then the desired democracy will come. Ponomarev, of course, did not yet know that Mironov at the same time, just having learned that the party colleagues went “to talk” with the American ambassador, began to cry and complain: guys, you are substituting me ...
Another funny moment from the series "Cultural differences". Suddenly, a Frenchwoman from the former Russians attacked our heroes, and when Yashin referred to the Polish “solidarity” for some reason, that she suited everything successfully there, she suddenly exclaimed: “But the Poles are a reasonable nation, and the Russians are not very ...” Why Yashin, and I, too, almost fell from the chair. I love the French, but are they more reasonable? Upstairs on the boulevard, continuous transvestites are defiled, the wife of the Minister of Education suddenly hanged something, and in general eight is a holy cause, it is time to drink wine again ... There is no mind at all in this world.
