Power must fulfill the Constitution. And leave
There are many things in life that are much more interesting to me than politics: science, art, literature. I am not a statesman in their attitudes and in the confrontation of the state and a private person on the side of a private person. The inner life of an individual person is much more interesting to me than the life of society. This is determined by my first profession (biofac, the Department of Genetics), and possibly the choice of the profession just depended on this interest.

By nature, I poorly tolerate pressure and for this reason I do not like power. Any. But I am a law -abiding person, I believe that his person must fulfill his obligations in relation to others and in relation to society. Attacks of longing and insurmountable disgust from staying in the Komsomol, trade union meeting began in me in my school years. Perhaps this is my mental defect - there are people who experience fear of a closed or open space. Naturally, participating in a demonstration or rally is not my favorite pastime.

The last time I was the last time I was in the square not according to the political motive, but in fact out of curiosity, on November 12, 2011 in Milan. On this day, Silvio Berlusconi resigned, to which he, the Prime Minister with twenty years of experience, was forced by the president of the republic. All Italy went outside and rejoiced very violently about this. I observed this expressing joy and reflected that each country has its own political traditions and in Russia this could not happen.

In Italy, the political structure is completely different in Russia - there the president must be politically impartial and, becoming the president, leaves the party. Almost the only obligation of the president is to be a guarantor of the Constitution. The Prime Minister in Italy’s business life plays a disproportionately more important role.

The comparison of these two bright figures - Silvio Berlusconi and Vladimir Putin - begs itself. I suppose Putin is smarter. Or did Italian Zhoviality serve Berlusconi Paric service? In any case, his adventures with young girls, advertised by the press, caused great disgust in society. Putin has chosen another strategy: newspapers never have any information about his private life. But the crowd of viewers is offered another picture: Superman, an athlete, then at the wheel, then at the helm, then in the sky, then under water, with a naked torso, as Mussolini liked to do this. This is much more decent than the role of elderly sex bombs chosen by Berlusconi in male appearance. In general, I like our superman much more.

In a word, I trample on the Domskaya Square in Milan among people celebrating the fall of Berlusconi, and it could not occur to me that something similar could happen at home in Moscow. And now it comes to mind!

New people who could have assumed that our country will suddenly be started, people will go to the square? And do not beat the windows, not to smash the shops, not to set fire to the cars - but to express your attitude to a very shamelessly held election. Actually, people who went out into the street (I do not dare to say - people) demanded what was supposed to demand (and provide!) President Medvedev, namely the implementation of the Constitution. And not only in terms of the elections, but also on all other articles, from the first to the last. Instead of this activity useful for the country, we only had the legendary statement “Freedom is better than not free!”

Such a surprise for me - it turned out that, in addition to a rather ferocious and false state, there is society, public opinion, there is the ability to critically look at things, but there is the ability to laugh and have fun. Such youth grew up a new one - without fear, smart, educated, not wanting to hang noodles on her ears. I was glad. At the distance from which I usually consider protest movements, only our senior like -minded people of the time were visible to me, such as Sergey Adamovich Kovalev and Lyudmila Mikhailovna Alekseeva, the material “worked out” by time, their antipodes neo -fascists, superior and provocative lemons. In a word, in addition to completely new faces like Navalny, everything is old and well -known. And here - something completely new!

I was all that exciting-blowing month away. I followed the news, dug in the Internet, I just could not believe her eyes. I arrived, looked around - I like it. For the first time in many, many years, I like something in our public life.

Then the writer Boris Akunin called me - asks: I like it? Let's go with us! To the voters league! I have been from this beginning: from the atmosphere of the general meeting - anyone - I have an attack of infernal longing. But I came. I really liked all those people I saw. I support their requirements for the government: provide honest elections!

Of course, this is the first, minimal, but absolutely necessary step. We know very well that there have never been honest elections in our country. And in any country you can only strive for complete honesty and transparency. But let's take the first step in this direction!

Further there will be many other questions, no less important. And who will our people choose the most honest way? Putin? Zyuganova? And then what difference does it make, honest or dishonest, if the result, in any case, to put it mildly, is notorious?

But this is already related to what I think all my life. I am completely sure that I cannot win in the fight against rudeness, greed and cruelty that surround us all. But in that small space that is very close to me, I do what I can in order to resist all this. Personally, I have no chances to win - no. But if so many people do not want this power that completely lost conscience and honor, maybe it will be able to change it for something better?

Dialogue with power? In principle, I am always in order to negotiate. In private life, I hate quarrels and conflicts and are ready to make concessions to maintain a peaceful relationship. But in this case, I am not sure. Firstly, no one called us anywhere: there was no call, say, from the presidential administration ... Secondly, there really is no topic for discussion. It seems to me at least. Speech can go - I repeat, this is my personal opinion, and only! - on the presentation of the requirements for the president on the performance of his duties: fulfilling the Constitution in terms of organizing elections and punishment abusing their position in the election process. Personally! This will immediately change the situation of the anonymity and irresponsibility of the organizers of the elections to the situation of personal responsibility. By the way, the situation is already changing: there were problems with candidates for work in the election campaign, they began to be afraid. Honestly cannot, but dishonestly - they are afraid! This is a great symptom!

I would send the second appeal to the Prime Minister-to voluntarily withdraw his candidacy. Twelve years of his stay in power did not bring the country anything good. His team over the years has been condemned monstrously, there is no control over them. The country lives at the expense of oil. It seems to me that it is necessary to give the opportunity to work for new people who are not subject to corruption. Putin cannot deal with this evil, in which she blossomed. I am for new people. As Pushkin said - "The tribe is young, unfamiliar."
