Why are you, dear gentlemen from the organizing committee, trying to split the newborn civil society and, thereby, sharply reduce the number of people ready to come out in support of these demands?
Don’t you understand that Mr. Nemtsov’s speech at the rally alienates those who have a negative attitude towards this gentleman? Don't you understand that Mr. Thor's speech at the rally will alienate those who do not accept nationalist ideas from him? Don't you understand that Mr. Navalny's speech at the rally will reduce the audience of the rally at the expense of those who are critical of him? Instead of the above gentlemen, you can substitute any other name - the meaning of the question will not change.
Where did you get the idea, dear gentlemen from the organizing committee, that we generally need a stage and speakers at the rally? Did you ask us about this? Do you really, like Mr. Putin, think that we are a flock that will be lost without shepherds who tell us their revelations? We go to rallies so that the authorities can see that there are many of us. And for this, neither the stage nor the speakers on it are needed.
The stage is needed only by those who want to privatize our indignation at the power of swindlers and thieves, and with the help of such a fraudulent method, call themselves “protest leaders.” And for those who passionately want the authorities to negotiate with him. At the same time, the presence of this very stage and the speakers on it repels those who do not agree with such privatization from rallies, and also provides additional arguments for Surkovsko-Volodin propaganda.
Maybe you think that without shouting from the stage, the authorities will not know that we are in favor of fair elections? Or that without it we will miss especially valuable thoughts that Mr. Nemtsov, Mr. Thor, Mr. Navalny or other gentlemen speaking from the stage have? Let me remind you that we have the Internet. And in it, all these respected gentlemen can convey their thoughts in as much detail as possible to everyone who wants to know them. In any form - be it text, video, or audio recording. Don't worry, we won't miss anything important. If anything, our friends on social networks will post to us the link that we missed.
Or maybe you think that the vows of Zyuganov and Mironov to hold re-elections will seem more significant to us if they are pronounced at a rally rather than posted on their websites and blogs? Or do you think that we are going out to hear their election demagoguery? Why waste money on this nonsense when we have the Internet?
Regarding money, gentlemen from the organizing committee, I have one more question. What kind of idea is this with an armored propaganda train that you didn’t even bother to discuss with those who filled and are filling the purse of the rally? Don’t you think that this is very similar to the actions of Mr. Putin and his gang, who believe that since they were once delegated the right to manage budget expenditures, then they have the right to spend money on whatever they see fit, without explaining to us, Why are these expenses needed at all? Perhaps the idea of your armored train will seem attractive to someone, I don’t argue. But why do you think that no one but you can come up with the idea of how to spend these funds more effectively?
I understand that when numerous domestic and foreign journalists call you protest leaders in their articles, it is easy to believe that this is exactly what you are. Let me disappoint you. Journalists write this simply because they don’t understand the new reality and don’t understand how people themselves, without leaders, can come out with some demands. In the same way, Putin doesn’t get it either. But don’t worry – we will explain this to both journalists and Putin. And we will remind you if you forgot.
Dear gentlemen from the organizing committee of the rallies. We took a lot of antiemetics, voting not for those bastards who stole our votes, but for other bastards. In March we will have to take the antiemetic again. Please do not force us to take these same pills before going to rallies in defense of our legal demands.
