Observers as witnesses

A couple of days ago, the Voter League handed over to all presidential candidates with proposals to give her volunteers the powers of observers. In addition to Prokhorov and Zhirinovsky, they agreed to discuss the document in the Communist Party and SR, and the headquarters of V.V. Putin - as then reported, refused to accept the letter.

But on Thursday by night it became known that candidate Putin V.V. agreed to attract "Ligovites" as observers. Even so, in a letter, on behalf of the deputy head of his headquarters A. Anisimov, very warm words were written : " We completely share your opinion about the need to hold honest presidential elections on March 4, 2012 ... We are grateful to you for your proposal. We are sure that we will be able to provide honest elections. We accept your proposal for interaction ."

There will also be webcams in all sections, observers from the “observers' corps” and representatives of the Yabloko party. It’s just complete transparency when performing a sacrament - this is almost as if journalists were allowed to stare for the descent of the Holy Fire on Easter. And observers from the "Voter League" on the fact of the alliance that arose can already be considered members of his team.

If at this moment (in the sense of notes in this place) to temporarily turn into a political scientist-conspirologist (and why not), then you can even say that it was on Thursday afternoon, closer to the evening a fundamental decision was made-let the second round be!

Because if there are so many people from whom there are only vanity on the plots, there is no time for regulatory work to distort the will of voters. Let it be how much they throw (installations to doctors-teachers-military and other budget-dependent citizens such as do not count-this is not to control the areas). If one tour is fine, and if the second is even better. Because victory in the second, this is not a defeat at all, but rather. This means that the consciousness of society has grown (and it was in the Putin system), all flowers have bloomed and political life has become competitive. If Russia was Ukraine, then after such an action, the EU would immediately ratify with it an association agreement.

In a word, if you still remain a political scientist-conspiracyologist, then someone at Putin’s headquarters realized how to use the strange idea of ​​the Voter League. They will not perform at all in the role of observers, but - specific witnesses of Victory V.V. Putin, thereby fully certifying his legitimacy to the entire world community. Well, inside the country too.

Actually, not everything is so transparent with the whole country. The league, after all, is informal. In addition, it is clearly not connected by anyone - referring to shadow players. Because such a shadow person would certainly put a political strategist to them, and he would be horrified by the idea of ​​directing observers to Putin - exactly because it is just some kind of amuseuries. So, regions. As an informal organization, the league does not have (well, it would even have been a technological structure - I would not have time, it would be new) to organize observers throughout the Russian Federation. Of course, in the FB anyone can sign up for this feat, but will they come, but if they come - what exactly will they do there?

Of course, there is a reason without regions: if in Moscow there are full observers, then interest will be relatively clean. Thus, the Moscow number will set a certain bar for other voting sites - all that is higher (much higher) of this plank can already be suspected of falsification.

But this is somewhat idealistic, since the politicization of Moscow itself will give another percentage - not to measure here. So, the main beneficiary from this idea is only the candidate Putin V.V., whose legitimity for the next 6 years will be certified decisively by all layers of society.

Well, now we think that the previous text was a note to attract attention. Attention is what: since, one way or another, and, as it were, the observers will come, then they need to understand what to do. Most of these people have never in life have nothing to do with a similar occupation (in the elected sense). So, there is a month left so that they can minimally study the materiel. More precisely, a month will not work here, but they will have two weeks.

There is a note of the participants of the non -party volunteer community "Citizen Observer" inside. From which it follows that the book a) will give an idea of ​​what and how is in the areas and where falsification is taken in life, it contains intelligible instructions on what exactly to observe the observers, what to pay special attention to in this honeycomb.
