A large family burned out in the household households: nine people died

In the Podolsky district of the Moscow Region, two wooden households burned in the Garden Partnership "Shcherbinka-2". As a result of the fire, nine people died - a large family, apparently, from Zelenograd.

As Irina Gumennaya told Interfax , the representative of the GSU of the RF IC of the Russian Federation in the Moscow Region, two spouses and seven children were killed in the fire, another girl of 11 years old was hospitalized. “The deceased woman was pregnant,” said the representative of the Office of the SK. She added that at present, the inspection of the place of the tragedy is ongoing.

The fire broke out early in the morning. According to RIA Novosti , the fire was liquidated at 8:10. The cabins burned to the ground - the fire area in each was 18 square meters.

According to ITAR-TASS, a family living in two apartments in Zelenograd lived in burned cabins.

Investigators opened a criminal case on the fact of a fire in the Podolsky district of the Moscow Region. The case was opened under Article 219 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of fire safety, entailing the death of two or more persons).

As ITAR-TASS reports, the hospitalized girl is in serious condition. Later, RIA Novosti clarified: it is in the intensive care unit of the Central District Hospital of Podolsk, relatives have already visited it.

Firefighters and rescuers continue to work at the scene.
