The Russian biathlete Evgeny Garanichev became the owner of a bronze medal following the racing from the mass-start of 15 kilometers in the framework of the seventh stage of the Biathlon World Cup, which ended in the Norwegian Holmen Colleen.

Garanichev came to the finish line with a result of 41 minutes 10 seconds and two misses on four firing lines, losing 17 seconds to the winner of the start of the Norwegian Emil Hegle Svenden, who twice launched a bullet into milk. “Silver” went to the German Andreas Burnbacher, who managed to do without penalties and lagging behind the winner for six seconds.

The fourth place was taken by another representative of our country - Dmitry Malyshko (1 mistake, + 26 seconds of lag). Note that the Russians prevented the Russians from climbing the highest stage of the catwalk during the last shooting.
