For the time being, the non -Russian word "folklore" meant "oral folk art". For some time now this work, preserving its "nation", has ceased to be exclusively oral. Nowadays, urban folklore moved to social networks, and the model "from mouth to mouth" was transformed into a model "from a monitor to a monitor."
It is known that the highest peak of folklore activity and creativity falls on the time of historical breaks. I remember what an explosion of the joke genre came, for example, at the post -Stalin era, when almost every meeting of one person with the other began with the words "Armenian radio is asked ..."
Now that we are experiencing a rise in protest social activity, a rally slogan, a photomonta (called “toad”), a video, and a video are the main folklore genres. The protest movement of the last months has been released and mobilized powerful and unusually inventive energy. And this is because the folklore wit and ingenuity suddenly gained a clear goal, a responsive addressee and everything that was once called a "social order."
At the request of the editorial office, I chose several samples of folk art from the Moscow procession on February 4 to my own taste. I probably will not comment on each of these little masterpieces. Each of them speaks for himself. So without comment. Simply - "like" (cm. Photo).
And a couple of slogans of my own composition:
*"The first persons of the country are our faces"
"We are worthy"
"Walking wins the cold" (Lao Tzu)
"You, uncle, thief and impostor" (A.P. "Captain's daughter")*
