
In Egypt, the administrative and financial director of the representative office of the German company Siemens in Cairo was brutally killed.
According to the power structures of the country, the body of 45-year-old Hani Loki was found in deserted areas in the suburbs of the Egyptian capital with traces of violent death, ITAR-TASS reports.
Hani Loka disappeared four days ago. Relatives of the deceased said to the police about his disappearance, and as a result of searches in the satellite of Cairo - October 6 - his divided and burned corpse, as well as an abandoned car, was found.
Siemens, whose headquarters is located in Munich, confirmed the fact of the death of their regional representative.
As the publication Al-Masri al-Yaum notes, two suspects have already been detained-a Jordanian subject and her friend, who works as a pharmacist in one of the capital's pharmacies.
Palestinians by origin, they extorted money from Loki, and when he refused this, they decided to rob him and kill him. To hide the traces of the crime, they dissected and burned the corpse.
As the detainees themselves said, they met their victim about a year ago in one of the Cairo hotels. They experienced serious financial difficulties and counted on Loki's help.
Siemens has been working in Egypt for more than 110 years. Its regional representative office has more than 500 employees. In the local market, the company specializes in the supply of gas turbines and railway equipment.
