Alexey Titov has again become president of Solidarity Bank and promises to rethink its budget

Titov was born on August 31, 1974 in Kuibyshev. In 1996 he graduated from the Samara State Academy of Planning and Economics. Since 1996 – accountant, economist in the corporate securities department of Solidarity Bank. From 1997 to 1998, he was deputy manager of the Samara branch of Alfa Bank . Since 1998, he worked as Chairman of the Board of Gazbank. In 2000-2002 - President, and since 2002 - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Solidarity Bank.

The main shareholder of Solidarity Bank (Samara), Alexey Titov, has been appointed its president. He leaves the post of chairman of the board of directors of the bank, and this position will be replaced by the president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Samara Region, Valery Fomichev. The former president of the bank, Oleg Sinitsyn, became deputy chairman of the board of directors of CB Solidarnost for strategic development.

Sergei Krasilnikov is also returning to work at the bank. He was appointed to the position of first vice president, which he held until his resignation in 2008 due to a conflict with ex-president Oleg Sinitsyn.

Titov told Vedomosti that the bank is facing changes. Soon people who turned out to be “insufficiently professional” will leave it, although “the main backbone of the bank will remain.” The 2012 budget, approved under Sinitsyn last December, “will be rethought,” Titov said.

Sinitsyn was born on October 19, 1960 in Kuibyshev. In 1982 he graduated from the Kuibyshev Polytechnic Institute. In 1981-1992 worked in elected positions in trade union and Komsomol bodies. In 1992-1993 - Head of the Youth Affairs Department of the Social Affairs Committee of the Samara Region Administration. In 1993-1996. - head of department, deputy manager, manager of the Samara branch of AvtoVAZbank. In 1996-1997 - Senior Vice President for Finance and Economics at Aviakor. In 1998-2002 - Vice President of Alfa Bank, manager of the Samarsky branch. Since July 2002 - President of Solidarity Bank.
