So in this case, we should not discuss Khamatova, but Putin’s camarilla. The security officers are used to hiding behind children, this is a common thing for them. For example, trying to whitewash the cannibal Dzerzhinsky, they are now telling us: after all, he helped street children. And who made them homeless children, who imprisoned, ruined or destroyed the parents of these orphans? Isn't it the same Dzerzhinsky? What is your answer to this? When Putin needed to tighten the screws and cancel the gubernatorial elections, he, without blinking an eye, took advantage of the death of the Beslan children. On September 3, children died, and already on the 13th he appeared on television screens and announced that if this was so, then there would be no gubernatorial elections.

Putin’s task as the head of state and government is not to help foundations like the Chulpan Khamatova Foundation, but to maintain a level of healthcare in the country at which there will be no need for philanthropists to finance medicine. Especially when we are not talking about treating a runny nose, but about matters of life and death, as in this case. Any doctor will tell you that during the Putin years, the healthcare system suffered irreparable damage, and pediatrics suffered especially. Given the colossal budgetary funds that Russia has at its disposal, having such healthcare is shameful. And it is even more shameful to use your official position, which allows you to direct these public funds where it is beneficial for your personal election campaign.
