On the other hand, it does not force to forget about some meaninglessness of what is happening. Since observation of the presidential election 2012 is undoubtedly akin to the search for a black cat in a dark room, so that this cat is obviously not there.

I will not write long (and I already wrote about this long) that free demonstrations exclusively for the freedom of demonstrations and honest struggle exclusively for honest elections, when the elections for the most part have passed, the following not soon, and there will be no one to choose from the presidential, somewhat flawed. You need something else! It is enough for the authorities to go to the minimum symbolic concession (as, for example, when she said: well, submit to me here Tyapkin-Lapkin, a list of political prisoners; and everyone began to insert an accelerate to this list, and this inferiority is manifested with crushing power.

But also the matter is, in principle. The ultimate goal is to build a state of intelligible rules. And in the words of Kirill Rogov, and that all the power from the dictator would transfer to the institutions. But what power of the institutions can be discussed in the future, if the institutions, the reflection of our collective "I", first of all, do not trust. Do they also try to attach some people's commissariat to the state controlling body?

Many are amazed: why does Putin need fraud in this situation?

Putin is a distributor. He distributes a budget, a stabilization fund, a black box office. The second episode about Mosgaz is more brutal.

The opposition - which we either have, or it does not have it, but who already has representatives - would like to break through the vertical partition and go to the political stratosphere. This is her task. Draw Putin and ... become Putin? Because she simply has no other way out. “They will remove Putin - nothing with this situation in society will change,” explains the clever Pastukhov.

Any democratically actor at the top, if he turns out to be there, first of all, will make sure that the society, in addition to the vertical partition, has a lot of horizontal ones. The bosses, bosses, bosses - perceiving this regime with their own and sincerely feel that with honest elections and with all other honest matters their thieves "Fatherland are in danger." As a result, ready to protect him with all available means - with or without Putin.

There is an economy behind this, a certain profit. It needs to be understood.

How to break these horizontal cells-where they break their heads because of some miserable attic and where to desert the ballot so as not to lie, an act should be the content of future searches.
