The White Circle campaign is taking place in Moscow

This event was organized as part of the action "For Fair Elections" and arranged by civil activists and the opposition. The "White Circle" is arranged in the form of a flash mob: the participants will join hands and form a human chain on the inner side of the Garden Ring in the capital.
The action started at 2 pm.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanini promised that the actions of the police would be correct.
We add that after the "White Ring", in the center of Moscow, on Revolution Square, the "political winter" will be seen off.
It should be noted that the participants did not receive permission from the authorities and will demand fair elections during the Maslenitsa festivities.
