The project of Alexei Navalny "Rosagit" begins the issuance of tents adapted for city conditions, Gazeta.ru reports. “Tomorrow on Pushkinskaya Square, along with badges, white ribbons and other agitation materials, we begin the distribution of tents that are adapted to put them on concrete or asphalt,” said the founder of Rosagit Vadim Korovin.
“We do not call for any actions, we will just help people,” Korovin said. According to him, he is ready for provocations from the authorities, but is sure that the distribution of tents will pass peacefully. On Wednesday, several dozen tents will be distributed on Pushkinskaya. The issuance will begin from 19.00.
The Rosagit project appeared last year as support for politics to Alexei Navalny.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday, negotiations between the organizers of the rally "For honest elections" and the Moscow Mayoria, in agreement of the action on Manezhnaya Square on March 5, ended again to no avail. This was announced by one of the organizers of the action Sergei Udaltsov. “The city hall referred to the fact that the allegedly Manezhnaya Square was already busy on this day by some other applicants. At the same time, officials refused to say whom,” Udaltsov said.
According to him, on Wednesday, the last round of negotiations with the authorities will take place on the city hall, on this day the final decision should be made by law. “The authorities understand that in case of refusal, it will be possible to please an uncontrolled situation,” Udaltsov added.
In turn, journalist Sergei Parkhomenko said that permission to arrange a action on Lubyanskaya Square, according to the vice-mayor of Moscow Alexander Gorbenko, was not issued to anyone. "Maxim Mishchenko is lying that" Russia is young "received," he was actually refused him. "" Lubyanskaya and will not be given to anyone later, "Gorbenko said." The Manezhnaya Square is under the jurisdiction of the FSO. FSO will never agree to you. In addition, those who submitted an application for the Manezhka for the evening of the 5th, they have already received permission. Who are these “those” - ask the FSO yourself, ”Gorbenko quotes Parkhomenko.
On the eve of the organizers of the protest rally on March 5, the city hall notified that they were ready to hold the action only on Lubyansk or Manezhnaya Square. This is stated in an official letter sent to the city hall. On behalf of the applicants, the letter was signed by Igor Bakirov, Sergey Davidis and Anastasia Udaltsova.
The mayor’s refusal to coordinate the rally on Lubyanka and the proposal to transfer it to Bolotnaya Square, the applicants consider the embankment of Taras Shevchenko or the Poklonnaya Mountain "unreasonable and illegal." Citizens will come to express their attitude to the elections defining the fate of the country for the next 6 years, the document is noted. “Such a significant event should take place on one of the most central squares of Moscow, next to the locations of state bodies, whose activities concern the purpose of the event, and in places that are convenient for Muscovites who share the goals of the events,” Bakirov, Davidis and Udaltsov write. The exiles of the authorities to transport problems contradict the obligations of Russia in the framework of the European Convention on Human Rights and the decisions of the Strasbourg Court, the letter said.
Last week, the organizers of the shares for honest elections submitted notifications of the procession on March 10 from the Poklonnaya Mountain to the new Arbat with a rally at the end, as well as on rallies on March 8 and 9.
